height of my van is 210 , max height was supposed to be 220 ..... i did not fit in parking ......had to find other parking place .....almost missed my flight .... was not cool .

Super parking, very bright, very spacious, great security with gate at entrance and exit so no one can come inside. One of the best facilities i had so far, definitely a 10/10.

Cheaper to book direct with QPark (which I did not realize I was not doing at the time). I don’t see any value added by Parkos for the extra money.

parking experience was great

parking experience was great! Booking was easy and quick. Had to spend some time locating the parking lot, but otherwise all experiences are good. We parked our car at Warsaw airport. Pick up and transfer to and from the airport was smooth and we experienced no any inconveniences whatsoever. Highly recommended! definitely will use Sky parking Warszawa again!

This was the third time I had parked my car at this location. My previous two experiences were very good, and the parking facility is conveniently located only a few minutes’ walk from the airport. Unfortunately, my experience this time was completely unacceptable. I was originally scheduled to collect my car on 27 July at 20:00. However, because my flight from Iraq was cancelled due to the war in Iran, I had to change my travel plans and return one day earlier, on 26 July. Upon arrival, I followed the provided instructions and called the parking facility to request my car. I was shocked when the staff member told me I had to pay an additional €50 because I had arrived earlier and had not given at least 24 hours' notice. The change was caused by an unexpected flight cancellation, so giving 24 hours’ notice was impossible. After discussing the matter with the staff, I reluctantly agreed to pay. They later called me back and informed me that my car was ready. When I arrived to collect it, they demanded that the €50 fee be paid in cash only. I did not have any cash with me, so I had to leave, find an ATM, withdraw the money, and return to pay them. Charging an unexpected €50 fee because a customer returns one day early due to a cancelled flight is already unreasonable. Requiring the payment exclusively in cash makes the situation even more concerning. Based on this experience, I consider the staff’s handling of the situation completely unacceptable.

The parking service was good as expected. BUT, 5mn driving after we took back the car, we had a big car problem, needing assistance etc... (engine temp. cooling dramatic stop) Possibly not link but i never had such a car problem and it was just 5mn after leaving King Parking...

First time we have used Parcos . Efficient service all round ( pick up/ drop off, prompt reply to WhatsApp messages). The only problem we had was the location of the car park was not clear and we had to ask for a pindrop of the location via WhatsApp! As advised allow yourself half an hour to get to the airport

The website is complicated times of the arrival ate the parking and the flight time needs to be separated I had to pa an extra 20 euros after I paid all the fees for the parking because I didn’t know if I had to put the flight time or the time of arrival at the parking…

couldn't find the carpark

I couldn't find the car park ran out of time had to go to a supermarket & call a taxi. I got scammed as far as I'm concerned. There is no refund under any condition. Told to claim off insurance, which I didn't have. Should be shut down. Never use parkos. Scam.

The link directed us to the wrong place…

The link directed us to the wrong place to park and we were not able to find it. Because of language issues we were not able to communicate with the company who refused to talk to us and would only communicate via WhatsApp which we had to translate and then they stopped replying as we were trying to find them. In the end although we had allowed plenty of time we were not able to use our booking and had to find an alternative at extra cost.

Biggest scam ever…:I paid but they not only don’t have a ready physical address at the airport they also didn’t show up. I called the number they provided, the guy that answered the phone sounded he was still drunk. In the end I had to go pack my car somewhere else. I lost almost €180 plus the new fees for the new parking.

Very efficient and convenient service. I would definitely use this again. Close to the airport and the pick up and drop off service was very good indeed.

The overall service was straightforward and convenient, making the parking process easy and hassle-free. However, my experience with the staff handling the vehicle pick-up and drop-off was disappointing. They were quite abrupt in their communication and placed considerable pressure on meeting specific timings. In addition, they were unable to provide clear instructions on the meeting location, which made the process more stressful than necessary. A more courteous approach and clearer communication would significantly improve the customer experience.

Extra charges for no service

They took 40 minutes to deliver my car to the terminal and they asked for 45€ for washing my car which was not requested by me. They then refused to give me the car keys until I went to call the police. Never again
