Clean and Clear. Navigation drive drive directly to the location. gently and educated personal. good communication. quick passthrough to the airport and the otherway. *dont forget: the pickupstation is on the departure side of the airport. the arrivel (while coming back) is on the otherside of the airportbuilding. i hope with this review the prise will not increase ;-). best prise on googelseach for my vacation.
The Parkos offer is very misleading and…
The Parkos offer is very misleading and did not live up to what was promised. Parking offered was in private residential car parks with no garanty of security and shuttle took an hour. Waiting at the airport was dreadful in the basement stinking of piss. Staff nice but stressed.
Great experience
Great experience, easy access, convenient and amazing service from the park personnel which assisted promptly with a mechanical issue when picking up the car. I would definitely recommend.

Overall the experience was good. Before departure we are asked to wait around 15 minutes at the end before car comes we waited around 30 minutes. The transport was comfortable to the airport. The airport is around 20 minutes from the parking. When we came back I asked to wait around 15 minutes and the car has arrived to pick up within 15 minutes. The parking was very good. It is an indoor parking. The car was in good condition when I returned. Overall I had a good experience despite little wait time. That I can understand. Anywhere those who are looking for booking this parking come little time in advance to avoid Rush. I will surely book this parking again. Thanks

They were flexible because our flight was cancelled for a day. Never charged me, and they were on time at the taxi station. Very nice experience.
unprecise
Should call 1/2 hours before arriving. Could not reach anybody. Arrived at airport and no one there. Then i got a call that someone would come in 15 minutes. Had to drive two rounds at the airport. The person collecting the car was in a hurry and quick gone. On the way back i had to wait 10 minutes before the car came.

Good Parking BCN late to collect and late to return car
Good Parking BCN turned up 35 minutes after our agreed arrival time. Despite calling them 30 mins before arrival to confirm the time. Luckily the queue for security wasn’t that bad otherwise we may have struggled to make out flight. On our return I tried to call after we got through passport control but couldn’t get an answer for over 15 minutes. Eventually I got through and they said 20 minutes. That 20 minutes was nearer 40 minutes and every time I called them to check on their arrival, they just said 2 minutes and put the phone down on me. Yes it’s a lot cheaper than on airport parking, but next time I will pay that extra cost!
