Bad drop off location, car misplaced, terrible experience
Terrible experience with this parking. The shuttle brings you to Orio Center NOT to the airport. You will need to still walk about 15mins to get to the departure area of the airport. The pickup location is inside the parking of the mall with no bench nor sign of ivm parking. They say you wait max 5 minutes, I waited 15 in this shady location. Also, my car was not parked in the area that was on the form and i could not find it. Luckily the Indian (?) person working there was very helpful in finding it even if it got misplaced.

Always a professional parking experience with a consistently easy drop off and pick up process. Very quick with both processes. Super convenient valet service and remains our “go to” parking company at Frankfurt airport.

Worst experience with Parking OK via Parkos in Barcelona
I had a very bad experience with Parkos and their partner Parking OK at the Barcelona Airport. I have never seen a service organised worst than theirs. The booking and payment via the website was ok. But then there was lack of information about where to go. When I find the instructions and I get to the car park I realise that it's a Commercial Mall Centre in a town near the airport. Everyone can park free at this car park. I follow the signs and I arrive at a desk occupying a parking spot, but there was no one. I called the number and nobody was picking up. I look around and I see a tray with about a dozen car keys unattended. Everyone can walk by and pick up the keys. I waited about 15 minutes before someone arrived at the desk. He could only speak Spanish, but I was ready to try to communicate somehow. However, he just told us to wait. No information, no instruction. Eventually, I was given a parking spot to park. I parked and then we were abandoned. Not knowing what to do, how long to wait for the transfer, we left and took public transport (which is actually quite quick). The worst was at the return. I messaged and called as soon as we landed. They have all the information about our flight, so I was expecting someone ready to pick us up. Instead, there was no pick up, it's been very difficult to get any information about how long to wait. We eventually waited two hours for a car to pick us up. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Great experience
Great experience! It was my first time using a parking service like this and this was a good experience! Pickup and drop off by the shuttle service went smoothly and the parking garage was easy to locate. My parking spot was upgraded a couple days prior to the reservation, which was not updated in the parking info, which made us wonder if we would be picked up at the right spot. But everything went without issues. Would definetly reccomend!
Fast & on time pickup
Fast, responsive, spoke relatively good English for over-the-phone instructions & were on time with clear instructions for pick up & drop off. Car was in good condition upon return. Only suggestion would be adding an option for a car wash before pickup.

If there was a possibility to give zero stars to this company, I would do it. I parked my car with one of their companies and they returned the car to me damaged. I called the Parking company. They told me to send the pictures and by WhatsApp. which I did a number of times and nobody has ever contacted me back so I recommend to you if you’re looking at this email skip these people do not park with these people. They are just no help. They are irresponsible thieves I paid for covered Parking. I got my car back completely covered in dirt plus damage to my front bumper and they refuse to help me. I contacted a number of times and now I’m contacting Parkos who sent me this request for a survey. What a nerve they won’t help me but they want me to do a review well here’s the review. You are the worst possible company to deal with you should not be allowed to operate.
Location was great but Google maps…
Location was great but Google maps couldn't find. Waze did. The driver that drove us from the airport to the parking was so rude that we to prefer to pay more at a parking at the airport. Parkos is great but the supporting service suck!
SkyParking : good experience + hand-free phone kits
SkyParking provided a very good, reliable and punctual service (contrary to the previous parking provider at Charleroi Airport, which we also reserved through parkos). Given that their drivers are constantly on the phone to organise other trips, we would however recommend that their employer invests in hand-free phone kits for the mini buses, for the sake of safety and also to be in line with Belgian law.

I collected my car at the designated pick up point. I was faced instantly with the phone device to sign and was rushed to collect. The location is outside a very busy departure door. Once I arrived home I noticed my car damaged, dented and scratched. I called the gent and was instantly told that I had signed and the car was handed over and that I could not prove anything. I will ensure that my workforce on my projects DO not use this service again. The process of collection should be to a process to allow the person/your client to survey the vehicle. Very very poor
Really easy....even when you have bikes or kayaks with you.
Close to airport and easy to get in and out. This time I brought bikes back with me on the plane, so needed a trolley to get to the car....which was also simple. In and out without pressing a button or talking to anyone. Great.
