Poorest customer supp I ve seen
Changing an item has double shipment costs: one to send it back, one to make a new order... And it was not even my fault I got the wrong size. I double checked and I still got sent a tiny size, I suppose the website just refreshed. I would not recommend this retailer to anyone; if you want something from that brand, buy from your own country.
In my opinion the experience was very good
In my opinion the experience was very good. There is just one problem and that is I got an email that said my package was delayed. So I thought to my self that it's nkr gonna be on time. Then I get a another email that said the same thing. So I confused by that, because I had to go a store to pick it up and it did not come to my mailbox/door. Not that is a problem, it's just that I got a email that said it was delayed when it wasn't. That's only thing that was a little annoying. Everything else was super good and the service when ordering was very clear. Thank you!
