I'm very happy with these two T-shirts. The quality is excellent, the material feels comfortable and durable, and the fit is exactly as expected. The delivery was also very fast, which was a nice bonus. The only small downside is that the selection could be a bit larger. Overall, a great purchase and I would definitely buy from this store again.

Two purchases, two disappointments — stay away from Venum. First purchase: a Muay Thai kit. The shorts are pure polyester and shrank noticeably after just one wash. For the price, the quality is simply not there. Second purchase: boxing gloves for over €100. They ripped within two weeks of normal training use. I contacted customer service and went through 8 emails back and forth, only to be told the damage wasn't covered under their policy because — and I'm not joking — they suggested I was using the gloves incorrectly. Boxing gloves. Used for boxing. A product that costs over €100 should last more than two weeks. The fact that their response was to blame the customer rather than stand behind their product says everything you need to know about this brand. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually cares about quality and customer service.
Customer service is an absolute joke! Incredibly rude and arrogant, disregards the law! Tried to change my delivery address immediately after ordering and was told it’s not possible. Then tried to cancel my order and was also told it’s not possible as it’s reached the preparation stage (sitting in the warehouse). Called them to sort the issue out as they were useless on email, was met with a very rude and arrogant customer service advisor. He was telling me that their policy states they cannot cancel an order once it has entered the preparation stage, I explained it’s against the law (Consumer Rights Act/Directive) and he told me he doesn’t know anything about that. I then asked him for more information about the policy he keeps referring to and he said I should know because “I signed a contract”? Completely clueless, very arrogant and a rude tone overall. He essentially started trying to argue with me, would not recommend at all!
The customer service is shockingly bad and seems to only comprise of one guy (manning chat and emails). The chat consistently cut out on his end, or so he claimed, meaning that I had to repeat my querie 3 or 4 times. In the end I wrote an email. My complaint wasn't dealt with well at all (no sizes are shown on the website and when you order the size that usually fits you it is way too small, yet you are expected to pay for the return to France. On top of that the ill-informed customer service guy said that those gloves are one size fits all and you cannot select sizes - well, you can. I did. And I sent photos as proof. I then proceeded to ask to speak to his supervisor or a manager and was ghosted.
Quality is super
Received a package with a missing item. (Order number : VNM-286499-FR) Sent an email to the support team. They asked for photos, to fill a form (CERFA), and to send a photo of my identity card. I did all of that despite that fact that it does respect my RGPD rights. I have a back injury with not printer at home to fill the CERFA manually, so I filled it digitally. And this is the excuse they are using for not refunding the missing item. What a shame, you just lost a customer and I will make sure to share this experience with thousands of my followers on social media.
Total idiots in help service, ordered jacket, description described product to be jacket, picture showed that it was jacket, got jacket without sleeves. They just said that it is sleeve, so be it.
They claimed that the ordered gloves were delivered, however I did not receive the product. To open a case they ask for your ID (front & back) which for obvious reasons I do not want to provide. Calling and emailing results in a very aggressive contact. Very bad experience, never again. Btw: calling from Belgium means you can only be helped in French.
I bought a pair of boxing gloves, they were amazing and I received it really quickly in 3 days.
My parcel was meant to be delivered on the 26th of February in time for a birthday on the 28th February and still hasn’t been delivered
