Payment Issue
I have been in touch with Venum team the response is way to slow and relaxed at their end. I used Scalapay as a payment option, they deducted money but Venum says they did not receive a payment confirmation and I myslef have to coordinate between Venum and Scalapay. Both the parties have poor response rate and take their sweet time to respond and especially Scalapay, who do not even have phone number to contact and neither do they respond to mails. Venum also refused to support in this matter. Disappointed.
