have ordered 2 items from Venum directly and they have never arrived. I have been in touch with their various customer service representatives for 2 weeks and they are not issuing a refund. I receive repeated, partly automated emails. Please don’t order from this company.
My gi is lasting well. Purchased in august last year. A far better fit than tatami and the shrinkage after washing is far less noticable. I will be buying from Venum from now on.

Fine when things are OK Try and deal with them after a mistake there end. Missing item trying to make me claim from the courier despite the packaging being perfect.
