Had a few orders from Everful now and have to say as a UK customer I’m very happy. Everything that has been delivered so far has been amazing quality at good prices, would definitely recommend ordering from Everful. Customer service is very good, always keeping me updated on my order and messages to ask if I’m happy once delivery is made. Will continue to order. Still waiting for larger items to arrive (sea/land delivery) but not a problem I was aware sea land takes longer. Shout out to Jeffrey T thanks for all your help!

The website has a wide range of products. I use it mainly for jewelry making supplies. The delivery time is a bit longer, but they keep you updated about everything and the delivery date is mentioned when you order. They deliver perfectly within the expected time. They have good customer service. Like very efficient customer service- done via chat box. I'm waiting for my order but the prices are really cheap, so here goes. They said the shipping should be 2 to 3 weeks - which is even more insane to think about. I made sure to order stuff that I know is across the board usually the same via manufacturers.

Ordered various products that came in 2 separate delivery's but missing 40 children's watches (only £20 worth) luckily didn't spend £200 on them which could of done very easily , however won't be using again just incase we have missing items , cant be trusted to get the order right unfortunately , hold my hands up the missing items been found , im sorry my fault , will be using again my apologies, now a 5 star review 😊

Customer service goes on scripted responses and never resolves any issues. Plan on delays in shipping and service giving you the run around on where your shipment is. Paid over $100 in shipping for some toys and they didn’t refund anything when the order was late. My order sat in port for over a week.
Update to their response…..this is what they do. They just sound like they care and want to resolve the issue. They do nothing to resolve the issue. Just PC responses to make it sound like they are working to help you. Don’t fall for it.

We’re sorry this experience left you feeling like you were being given the runaround. We understand how frustrating it is to see a shipment sit in port.
Customs clearance is handled by government authorities and can sometimes take longer than expected, which is outside of our direct control. Our team doesn’t simply leave these shipments unattended. When a package is held, we monitor the tracking, assist with any required documentation, and follow up until the shipment is released.
We also have a Customs Delay Policy in place to make sure customers aren’t left waiting indefinitely. If an Express shipment remains uncleared for 20 days (or 30 days for Standard), or is confirmed lost, customers can choose between a full refund or a replacement order.
We’re always working to improve how we communicate these situations so customers receive clear, case-specific updates rather than feeling like they’re receiving generic responses. We appreciate you sharing this feedback.

I needed a couple of crystal bead bracelets to replace the ones I had lost without paying a fortune. While searching, I found the site Everfulwholesale.com and decided to give it a try. Their selection of stones was amazing and the prices seemed too good to be true, but I placed an order anyway, buying more bracelets than I needed because of the different stones they offered. I placed my order on July 5th and got my package only 13 days later, which was fast, and all the items were perfect. So, I highly recommend them, and I will definitely order again.

While the products are fab, items I ordered was refunded and didn't arrive due to being out of stock. Items out of stock shouldn't be available to purchase. Aslo website, whatsapp ect. states a 3-5 working day dispatch. Mine was dispatched after 7 working days. Order in advance and don't expect to receive everything you order.
