Find another company.
Customer service goes on scripted responses and never resolves any issues. Plan on delays in shipping and service giving you the run around on where your shipment is. Paid over $100 in shipping for some toys and they didn’t refund anything when the order was late. My order sat in port for over a week. Update to their response…..this is what they do. They just sound like they care and want to resolve the issue. They do nothing to resolve the issue. Just PC responses to make it sound like they are working to help you. Don’t fall for it.
