Love all the diamond paint kits I have received. They are unique and so pretty. Customer service has been great. I had a small issue with one of my kits and they were quick to respond. Shipping takes a little longer. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you.

I love this company. They have absolutely beautiful pictures that would please everyone. And, unfortunately, I had one of the pictures I ordered sold out. They were so quick to inform me, and allowed me an opportunity to replace the picture before shipping. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

The representative was very helpful. I received a picture that the colors and codes did not matchup. Representative helped resolve this problem by sending a corrected picture. Kept me well informed of what was happening and answered all my emails in a timely manner. I will be ordering from this company again. I did receive this item on October 29 so I will use that date.
Great company
Great company. Have ordered from them several times. Very good kits. I had to cancel an order unfortunately and they were very understanding. Offered to help me change my order and then refunded me immediately.
Time of shipment
I love doing the diamond painting. When ordered I would like to be updated on shipment. Order and it takes about 3-4 weeks to receive and in that time I don’t hear anything until it arrives in mail.

This is my first time ordering.After I placed my order I realized I made a typo in my address.I was concerned I wouldn't get my order.I messaged the company and first thing Monday morning I received word from them saying no worries they corrected the address and said if I had any questions to contact them.I wish I had discovered this site sooner cant wait to get my order.They went out of there way to help responded right away most companies dont.I know this will be my new place for Dimond art.
