Time delay
Time delay Never on the date I informed all details would be ready I was asked for more information a week apart from the first request I should have received a complete list of all information instead of one request a week later another request I was told everything would be completed by July 1 2026 Completion is now done on July 24 2026 I was so excited to have this opportunity I was let done repeatedly The person never answered my phone calls I was always leaving voicemails and text messages Would take a day or two to get back with me I am still excited about this opportunity Thank you Linda Whitney 361-779-4299

I asked to exit my contract as I was…
I asked to exit my contract as I was sold a car that only ran for 5 days. I was very upset and asked to cancel contract. They were not sympathetic to my needs. They were all about the money . Poor customer service.

It’s been over 10 days I haven’t heard or received any information about the loan or my tag title tax so I can get it registered or anything like that

I was able to get the car I wanted with no problems or hassle’s in and out within 2 hours after starting the application over the phone and picking the car I wanted They gave me a payment I could afford within my monthly budget it was exactly what I wanted I . Would recommend them to anyone !

You caused an investigation that my family didn't deserve. I paid off that account last year, but due to a group stealing my identity, you started something with this report involving Exeter. I have been through hell and back this year. I served my country for 30 years and now raise my two children alone. Fake investigations are something I do not need. Take me off your list to email.
