Hayley Renko, was such a delight to work with and made me feel so comfortable through the whole process even when my ex created problems . She hung in there with me through all the issues and made the while process enjoyable. I am grateful for this opportunity to build credit and have independence. I know it's a long term loan but it feels great to be a car owner again..although technically it's not my car until paid off lol. Thank you

Great experience refinancing with Exeter thru Rate Genius/The Auto Group! Very considerate that they lowered the rate after seeing my full financial picture. Very appreciative of all the seamless work and fast processing. Lowered my payment, refinanced to remove my co-borrower.

Well first of all, i refinanced my car with these people. They promised a lower rate. They did that but i had 5 years left give or take a couple of days. So long story short the lowered my rate but extended the loan 75 months to pay. I should of just stayed with the original loan. I kinda regret doing the refi.

The speed and ease of everything
The speed and ease of everything. Never bought a car in like 4 hours total. Only problem I had was pet hair throughout the car and brakes squeaked.
