Expect disappointment- Very unreliable company

Very unreliable company. They cancelled our booking minutes before we got there by email and whilst we were travelling to it and also stated we could not rebook this week. They also cancelled their sister attraction “The Tour” less than 2 weeks ago - though we were able to rearrange - hopefully that one will not get cancelled on the day too again. No real apology and even included information in the cancellation email about getting to the attraction and arriving early for it!

Didnt see as much as hoped to

I was a little disappointed in the Ride. We went around the vbock twice I believe, and really didnt see as much as I thought we would. We did go by the Columbus statue and saw a globe but wasnt told what it was. The street entertainers were awesome, until a bus blocked the view. The hosts were entertaining.

A must do!!

It was very different to what we expected, having only went because it was part of the New York pass, our guides Jackie and Scott were fantastic and really informative. The experience was fun, engaging, and I’d recommend it to anyone- really glad we went!

Just great entertainment

Loved every part of it. It was my second time doing it because I was travelling with a friend who had never been to nyc and wanted to share the ecperience because i had enjoyed it so much the first time. It was as fun and entertaining. Yes i knew the concept but the actors and the hosts were different so it was like a different experience. I recommend the ride as many times as you want it is that fun. A different entertaining experience in nyc

Really worth it

The guide was great, really funny guy and taught us about the city. The bus was comfortable and really neat.

Our multi-generational group all…

Our multi-generational group all enjoyed it! Unique way to Don't know what we enjoyed more...the surprises along the way, the architecture, or the reactions of the people on the street....but it was fun! This was a repeat trip for me since I went three years ago and enjoyed it so much I knew I had to share it with the rest of my family. A few less "surprises" than the first time I went, but group didn't notice and all enjoyed it.

Skip it!

Took this tour with the Go City and it was SOOOO not worth it. We arrived very early so we could pick our seats. It was sprinkling out, so they told us not to wait at the sign and to go inside to wait. We did and then noticed people outside right before the bus was loading. We were told it didn't matter. I explained the entire reason we got there very early was to get the seats we wanted. Once out there, lines didn't matter anyway because everyone was allowed to jump in however they wanted.... Alright, I will move on from this point. There are 2 different hosts with microphones trying to talk over each other and it was just noise. This "top of the line speaker system" was simply loud. The hosts try to be cute and funny, but they are not. For example, at the start they tell you to buckle up and make this big to do about it, only to be like "just kidding, there are no seatbelts." The handful of "street performers" are ones hired by the company to perform when they drive by and were not that entertaining. I can only guess the price is so high so that it will push Go City people to go on the tour thinking they have a good deal. Nobody in their right mind would pay full price for this joke!

Highly overrated & Slightly Inappropriate

Highly overrated. Jokes are inappropriate. The tour guide was humping the window screaming at the top of his lungs during the last song.

Basically a very nice idea but too loud

Basically a very nice idea and we liked the "random" actors on the street most. The voice of the 2 entertainers was much too loud. After 1,5 hours in the bus I had a slight hearing damage. One of the 2 exaggerated too much, way too much. He was not offensive but somehow too childish. Well, everyone has a different kind of humour...

We had an INCREDIBLE experience! Scott was a great tour guide. SO FUNNY and kept the whole bus engaged! The street performers were awesome too! Especially Classic. Will definitely recommend the experience to others!

Four of us really enjoyed the history

Four of us really enjoyed the history, the guide’s knowledge & humor and the special effects theTour provided. We were so happy to choose this stadium seating experience rather than the BigBus or Hop on Hop Off

Not as good as I thought

I really was excited about The Ride but to be honest it wasn’t as good as I had hoped. You really didn’t tour the city. They just gave information on two buildings. Although the two staff were funny sometimes people didn’t laugh at their jokes and it was awkward. I did like the street performers. Great concept just not fully there yet

A Nice Ride

I liked the setup on the bus with side-facing seats. Jackie the tour guide was fabulous. Quite charming and informative with a good sense of humor. I liked the interaction with people we "passed" on the street. All in all, I was quite satisfied although my brother was the one paying for the tour.

A little problem

I don't understand English very well and they should put headphones in other languages so that they can enjoy the show even more.

Wow! One of the best things we did.

Absolutely amazing! Loved it! Great little tour around central Manhattan. Jackie and Scott were funny and informative. Really unusual coach, 3 rows of seats running the length of the coach, with a glass roof and big window, essentially, a touring show. Surprises on the way. The reaction of the pedestrians as we passed was amazing. Gets you out your comfort zone. 5 Stars

Fun and Engaging…But Hot Bus

The hosts were fun and engaging. The performers were great! They made my daughter feel so special for her birthday. The reasons for my 3 rating were: 1) The bus was so hot. No AC. We were sweating and it was uncomfortable. 2) Only 4 performers throughout the entire tour, which all did a great job. Guess my expectations were higher, based on the cost.
