Overall I enjoyed this experience. I have been visiting NYC for 55 years and have seen all of the place this ride went to, however enjoyed hearing facts and seeing archival film and pictures on the bus. The outside interactive actors were great, with special kudos to the ballet duet around the fountain. Disappointed that we never left looping near and around 42nd street. I thought we would go further into the Village or Harlem areas. I enjoyed the two interactive guides on the bus, but way too much put your arms in the air stuff for me. And way too loud, the mikes were turn way up and they were shouting the entire time. Or perhaps I am too old for this kind of stuff Shout out to the drive, amazing patience and driving skills going around the very congested streets. Would I go again, probably not. Am I glad I did, yes. Will I tell other people to do it, yes.

The Ride was nice; I did it alredy years ago in winter. This time was a litte too much "show" for me but maybe this was because I did it a second time. Of course it is very funny and you get a lot of information about the things you see on the tour.

There is no translate and host spoke so quickly that we were lost sometime about what they were talking about

Our experience with reserving the ride was negative. Our family did both the Ride Tour of NYC the first day we arrived in NYC with our Explorer city pass and decided to do the evening Ride again with the city pass. When we went to reserve a time slot we were asked to put in our credit card to reserve the time. We went to the city pass site and went to reserve our timeslot, it asked for our credit card info to hold the spot. We found out our credit card was charged $340 dollars and we could not use our city pass even though we had trips to use. BEWARE THAT YOU MAY BE CHARGED the fees to reserve your timeslot. We repeatedly called the company to try to work this out and just have it taken off our pass instead of being charged.

We have been on the ride before loved it and returned But to be honest the gentleman that was our host was rather LOUD to say the least and maybe he could tone it down about. Material was good but poorly presented. People helping outside were great but just felt it wasn’t the same experience as first time and had to apologize to my guest.

Bus is excellent and hosts were hilarious. My 8 year d.found the whole thing brilliant. We traveled as part of our NYC Pass.... which was great. In all honesty, if I'd paid full price cash for this, I may have been a little disappointed (hence 4 stars, not 5) as in comparison, our Broadway show tickets were cheaper per person. However, great thing to do on a wet night and certainly entertaining and different.

Absolutely fantastic! I have been on the ride 4 times now with different friends and it was brilliant each time. Jack was our host and he made it absolutely perfect and my children loved it.

Found the experience didn't live up to our expections and we felt their could have been more engagement with more of the participants. Would have also been good to see more street acts. A bit disappointed.

The Ride was a really amazing experience! I had no idea what to expect. It's a cross between a bus tour and a Broadway show. The 2 tour guides we had were very knowledgeable and VERY funny. I laughed as much as I learned. I recommend this tour. I would also recommend using the Go City pass to do it if you're seeing multiple attractions in New York. The tickets for The Ride are $100. The pass to see 6 attractions is $160, so for $60 more you get 5 more attractions (which is a really good deal in NY)
The TOUR is ok, but when I take both experience (The TOUR and The RIDE) I think that both will be better if they were mixed, the joy and the funny of the RIDE with the knowledge of the TPUR.
Our 7 year old son had a stellar time dancing, laughing and singing on The Ride. It was his favorite attraction in NYC. I loved that he was able to learn while laughing because as a hone schooler, I feel I’ve lectured him this whole trip. Such a talented team guiding us and I’m embarrassed I forgot their names to give them a direct shout out. We’d 11 May on the 6:15 bus. Awesome how people on the street ‘randomly’ rapped and danced for us 😎Thank you from the Nesbitt family
Went to NYC for my son's 16th birthday. The ride was SOOO MUCH FUN. The two hosts on the bus were fricken hilarious. With the exception of seeing Aladdin and the helicopter ride around Manhattan, this was Best 45 minutes this weekend..and definitely cheaper than Aladdin and the helicopter ride :-)
I was disappointed that the hosts did not say anything to the girl from Australia not wearing a mask. That was mandatory and was a requirement. It was not fair to the other passengers

Good activity to do with teenagers in New York. We really enjoyed it. The only reason I didn't give 5 starts was because we done the same circle 3 times. Would have been nice to see something else but I wouldn't let that put you off. Definitely worth doing.
We had an amazing time on The Ride. Super imaginative and highly entertaining. My boys didn’t stop laughing. Very well organised.
