There is a quiet shift that happens with Exway—not a sudden failure, but a gradual unraveling.
At first, it feels manageable. A small issue. A fixable problem. Something temporary.
But it doesn’t stay that way.
Instead of a clean resolution like a refund or replacement, the process becomes a loop: parts arrive, instructions follow, problems persist. What looks like support begins to feel like deflection. Responsibility slowly moves—from the company to the customer.
You are no longer just riding the board. You are maintaining it.
This is where the experience becomes liminal. You exist between ownership and repair. The board is yours, but it doesn’t fully work. Support is present, but resolution is not. You are helped, but not relieved.
And then comes the real issue.
The battery enclosure—one of the most critical components—lacks durability. When it fails, when it physically detaches, the problem shifts from inconvenience to safety risk. At that point, incremental fixes are no longer enough. A full resolution is expected.
Yet the pattern continues.
Across multiple experiences, similar concerns appear: battery issues, inconsistent quality, and difficulty obtaining proper support. This suggests not an isolated defect, but a recurring pattern.
And that pattern erodes trust.
Because at its core, the issue is simple:
A product failed early. A refund was requested. It was not honored.
Everything that followed exists because of that moment.
So what remains is not just a defective product, but a prolonged state of unresolved ownership—where the customer is left maintaining something that should have worked from the start.
If you are considering Exway, understand this:
You may not just be buying a board.
You may be stepping into a process—one where ownership quietly becomes obligation.
I used to be their long term supporter of this brand in the past and the way they operates while scamming customers is super alarming. Oh and they always treated me horribly and didn't care about me and customers at all. This company tries to flirt with one of my buddy while telling him that they liked his name and even stalking him by going to his profile picture and messaging him. Super creeped out. They also blocks people, customers and even deletes comments to hide all the complaints about them. Seriously avoid this company as not only this company is dying, they kept releasing same outdated products that came out several years ago. Look for better brand that has better reputation. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY! They are already dying as a company for pulling shady strings like this. I've been scammed. Everyone has been scammed and now they are pulling another strings by flirting with customers, deleting comments and even blocking everybody. Stay away from this horrible company. Very unprofessional and gross. Also this company always begs customers to give them POSITIVE reviews. They should never force people to give them positive reviews. Horrible!! Do remember that this is company that is heavily supporting a fake YouTuber with fake 20k subscribers that he bought and going from 200 to 20k in just two days and using view botting and Exway is caught for defending him and blocking people with facts left and right. And the fact that they are deleting all the negative reviews on their official website just to keep the positive reviews... . Horrible behaviour! Avoid this company!!
Not ensure why this company has two profiles on trustpilot. Their skateboard battery BMS system is bad and can be a safety risk. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
While shipping was slow to the point that I got a little worried, both my Exway Wave and my All-Weather Hydro Wheels eventually arrived! It is the smoothest, most agile ride I have ever had, and it’s perfect for university because I can carry the board around with me indoors. The board looks awesome and the ride is even better! Despite high power and speed, the board feels very stable and safe at all speeds, and the brakes are great for hills and stop the board quickly before a near-death scenario (trust me on this one)! Absolutely worth every dollar and worth the wait, despite having to call FedEx 3 times to straighten it out. This board is always the highlight of my day!
