There's some issue with Linnpower brand…
There's some issue with Linnpower brand as a whole. The overall OX ER is great but their social media on Instagram hasn't been great. I tell them the problem and I get a negative pressure responses. I'm just surprised that they are using AI to fix their English to make it sound robotically (is that even a word?) professional.
Damn shame that they are letting shady content creators to collaborate with them while spamming "UsE mY dIsCoUnT cOdE" and blocking people left and right.
I now have second doubt about this brand.
Do better.
Damn shame really.

This is one shady and creepy company
I used to be their long term supporter of this brand in the past and the way they operates while scamming customers is super alarming. Oh and they always treated me horribly and didn't care about me and customers at all. This company tries to flirt with one of my buddy while telling him that they liked his name and even stalking him by going to his profile picture and messaging him. Super creeped out. They also blocks people, customers and even deletes comments to hide all the complaints about them. Seriously avoid this company as not only this company is dying, they kept releasing same outdated products that came out several years ago. Look for better brand that has better reputation. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY! They are already dying as a company for pulling shady strings like this. I've been scammed. Everyone has been scammed and now they are pulling another strings by flirting with customers, deleting comments and even blocking everybody. Stay away from this horrible company. Very unprofessional and gross. Also this company always begs customers to give them POSITIVE reviews. They should never force people to give them positive reviews. Horrible!! Do remember that this is company that is heavily supporting a fake YouTuber with fake 20k subscribers that he bought and going from 200 to 20k in just two days and using view botting and Exway is caught for defending him and blocking people with facts left and right. And the fact that they are deleting all the negative reviews on their official website just to keep the positive reviews... . Horrible behaviour! Avoid this company!!

OMW is one of the best brands out there…
OMW is one of the best brands out there in terms of customer service, quality, creative designs and reliable electric skateboards.
What makes OMW stand out? Their creativity on the Cavalry and Lancer on how everything is put together and how the internal parts are very easy replace without having to disassemble almost everything. ESC on Cavalry can be slid out and inserted just like old classic video game console cartridge by removing some screws and bolts and them offering colouride trucks from DKP to TKP.
Each boards are made to suit many type of riders from beginners and up to advanced riders. And thanks to bluetooth capability ESC, anyone can connect through third party app such as Tuya Smart App to tune the board however they like and limit the top speed if they want to and many more. Anyone can also test out to make sure built in lights work via app as well.
Customer service is excellent. They actually cares about people and to make sure they are satisfied with their purchase and help them and they are very responsive and amazing.
They offers customized coloured parts for TKP and DKP trucks to make it theirs. Their products are ultra reliable and their set of tires are also excellent as well since it's coming from motorcycle company that made tires for the motorcycles.
I'm looking forward to what they come up with next and hoping to see AT bamboo boards, mountain boards and even boards with split angle bamboo deck or carbon fibre composite deck with belt drive or gear drive as an option and wider trucks about 10.5" or wider which would be amazing.

Stay away from this company! You've been warned!
This is by far worst electric skateboard company I ever come across. They have Facebook group and if anyone asks about how to fix their problem, Maxfind will ban and suspend them out of the group just to silent them all. I went to support people who are having issues and I got banned and suspended as well.
Their overall quality is very cheap with worst possible customer service along with people running the company acting childish is crazy.
This company cannot handle criticism and they will silence anyone. This is one of the company that doesn't care about their customers and their reputation. They have very very poor reputation.
There are way better companies out there. Check out OMW, Exway, Linnpower and Radium. They are one of the best out there.

Probably worst company with worst…
Probably worst company with worst customer service out there. It sucks because they do make high quality Mugs that I did order before until paint started to chip away. I did leave a review and they reached out to me and sent me new one despite being way out of warranty which was cool as beans.
Customer service: It's horrible. Their response time is way off and way too long and they will send you survey after without fixing my problems asking to give them how they did which is a joke!
I reached out to Brumate after ordering new Mug and asked them to remove signature requirements and they shipped it anyway and said they are sorry that they got back to me so late. It's telling me that customer service isn't very active to me.
Despite having this issue.. I did order new Mug. Brumate, please do better job at customer service... this is only way to lose tons of customers.
