The eye doctor took his time and answered all my questions Michelle helped me pick out my glasses. She didn't rush me. Michelle answered all of my husband questions. They had a wide variety of frames at different price We left with a positive experience

Staff was very kind and helpful very fast service. My glasses were ready within 17 minutes. Had a great experience. Had some problems at Stanton eye I explained what happened to and they worked with me to make sure I had what I needed very appreciative. Will not be going anywhere else from now on.

The customer service at n pennsylvania store stinks!! Why would you advertise to bring people in and then provide poor customer service and invite customers to go away. Makes no sense.

With everything on site indicating some sort of discount, the email coupon either is clumsily disingenuous or a case of bait-and-switch. Unfortunately the latter in the circumstances is what any reasonable reader would have to conclude.

My Eyemart associate was very helpful with getting things done today, ins was a breeze for one pair of glasses, then I decided to get two more for the $79.95, so that is all I was out today and ended up with three pairs of glasses! I want to give a big shout out for Kenton in the Norman store, he made everything so easy!

It was easy to order, reasonable price and I received them quickly. I was hesitant as to the quality and precision of the lenses because of the price, I've ordered others online only to be disappointed, but when I tried them on I was pleasantly surprised! I can see clearly out of them.

I want to formally recognize Tracy and Kelly for providing among the best compassionate, extraordinary customer service I've ever experienced. On Thursday, July 2nd, I visited the Rapid City, South Dakota store to get new glasses, hoping to fix a vision issue I thought an online retailer had botched. When Tracy delivered my new glasses quickly and professionally, I realized the prescription wasn't the issue—something was structurally wrong with my left eye. Having had RK surgery in 1992 and cataracts in 2023, I became incredibly distraught and anxious about my eyesight. Tracy immediately stepped in, walking me next door to Dr. Varland’s office and helping secure an emergency walk-in observation. Throughout the stressful wait, Kelly repeatedly came over to check on me, offering immense empathy and emotional support. Both staff monitored my outcome and made sure I felt safe and cared for. He asked for my phone number so he could check up with me, something I usually wouldn't give out, but I have a keen sense of peoples integrity and believed with confidence that he would be respectful, his phone call was much appreciated and welcomed. This went far beyond standard retail service; it was profound human kindness. I don't know what my vision outcome will be, but Tracy and Kelly were my lifeline that day. My glasses arrived in a timely manner and were packaged well. I was able to get the frames I wanted originally (but could not be found in the store I frequent) and the entire purchase was at 50% off. My glasses fit and the prescription was accurate. Online process was extremely easy.
