The online selection of frames is great (almost too many). Menus are easy to understand and navigate. Only had one issue with online ordering. Eyemartexpress offers 50% off on online orders, but the website would not apply the discount and I could not find out why not from the terms and conditions? Next time I will go in-store and get the in-store discounts.

The website is easy to navigate, but when I zoom in on a pair of glasses and then want to go back to where I was at, it takes me back to the first page again. I was also nervous about the certain numbers they were requesting. When I did the screen thing I wasn’t sure what that was even for, but it gave me numbers none the less, but I had to remember the numbers because it didn’t automatically fill them in. So I had to do it twice, then I got numbers that were a little different than the first time. It was frustrating, and I hope my glasses are gonna be easy to see out of. I have singular vision, so it’s important that I can see clearly.

Top Notch Purchasing Experience with Unbeatable Price
I really enjoyed shopping with you—the purchasing experience is top-notch and your pricing is fantastic! As someone who wears progressive lenses, my one suggestion would be to offer an 'advanced' option with a larger viewing area. I would definitely be willing to pay a little extra for that upgrade, but didn't see it available. I'm very hopeful that your standard progressives are already excellent, but if not, I might struggle with them a bit. Looking forward to trying them out!
