Eyemart is fantastic!!! They have their act together!!! Great price on exam and glasses they have a ton of selection we got our glasss under an hour very pleasant experience would highly recommend them the one off la frontera in round room city easy to find great customer service check them out!!!!
Stopped by today to get wife’s glasses adjusted. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Super service every time we are there!!!!!!

If I could do 0 stars I would. I made an appointment over a month ago. The week of the appointment they sent me a confirmation for Aug 1 at 9am i confirmed. When I showed up for my appointment they said my appointment was for Aug 8th at 9:30am i explain no and showed the person the text of my confirmation. Then they made a poor excuse was the weather screwed up their system. My time is valuable just like theirs and to waste my time because I made sure to be there. Now I have to find another place because they lied and misinformed me which wasted my time.

The attendant was very unprofessional and laughed at me on the phone. This facility doesn’t provide wide frames for its population on Medicaid, neither do other stores but doesn’t need to be rude to us especially if we’re going to have to pay out of pocket.

The glasses fit perfectly and were budget friendly. Only issue is when I ordered and uploaded my prescription, it wasn’t there. Staff was quick to resolve and had my order out promptly. 1 note: I couldn’t find anywhere on my account where my prescription was.

I was very disappointed with the service. It took over an hour just to pick up my glasses. There must have been about 8-10 customers and four employees. In the middle of all the chaos, two employees get up and walk out for a break or lunch leaving only TWO people to take care of customers. One of the employees was suppose to be helping a customer but instead was just talking about personal things and spent over 45 minutes with this one customer. I will never again use eyemart or recommend them. I was very disappointed to say the least.

Our experience at Eyemart Express started well enough. We had a very nice, knowledgeable person named Susan help us on our first visit when we were getting glasses for my wife. Susan was efficient without making us feel rushed. We left with two pair of progressive bifocals. I ordered a pair of Oakley prescription glasses also with a progressive bifocal lens and premium 1.67 lenses as my prescription is quite heavy. They were $456 and would be done in about a week. We were quite happy. After a couple of days my wife could not handle the bifocals as they made her dizzy and gave her headaches. We decided to make the 72 mile round trip to Eyemart Express to exchange the bifocals for single vision lenses. We arrived on a Friday morning and explained the problem to another Eyemart employee (not Susan) and clearly told her we wanted an exchange, not a refund. She started talking about a warranty issue and said she couldn't offer a refund because it was the managers day off. It made no sense to us but we left and made the 72 mile trip again on Saturday as her headaches were getting worse. We easily exchanged the glasses with Susan and she took good care of us once again. My Oakly glasses with the supposed 1.67 high index lenses were ready within the time frame stated. After yet another 72 mile round trip upon arrival I was shocked to see what looked like extra thick Coke bottle bottoms. Those lenses were at least 3/8 thick! They looked ridiculous. The fact the someone at Eyemart Express thought that was acceptable is amazing to me. They (not Susan) claimed that different manufacturers have different lenses. I’m calling BS on that. I have worn the same prescription with the 1.67 index lenses from different manufacturers for years and NONE of them were even close to the thickness of those laughable aberrations. I got a refund. Bottom line from our experience. If you want a simple, inexpensive single vision product they will probably do the job. But if you have a more complex prescription and need a high index lense I would look elsewhere. And ask for Susan.

I have been calling the Onalaska store do 5 days to check on my glasses I have called daily all hours of the day and have not gotten the phone answered! What is the deal with this store! I called the Madison location and the picked up immediately

Went to Eye Mart express in Raleigh off capital blvd 2 times my gasses are made wrong more than $550 out of my pocket and no refund. Basically I have glasses I cannot use. Will never go there again.
