Delivery is on time and no issues there. Packaging needs to be paired down... too much waste. Sealant on the food containers tends to be too strong. It's hard to open and I often need a knife. Food is good yet tastes the same for multiple vegan dishes. Side dish is often green beans, which I don't care for. No choice for this.

The food is very good and the variety is great. The only problem are the portion sizes that could be small.

Super easy and great meals to pick from but some of the meals are a bit watery and lacking in flavor. The good ones are great so it’s easy to stick with those. Always running a deal so that makes it worth it but without it, they can be pricey.

Having to order 4 meals is too much for me. The protein is good, but sometimes the vegetables aren't so tasty. There's plenty to eat in one meal.

food was a bit overpriced. Most dishes were good. but some were not to my liking.

So far, I've enjoyed most of the meals I have recieved. I'm making a list of the ones I like and the ones that were SO,SO! I'm enjoying, not having to run to the grocery store and spend 45 minutes to an hour prepairing a meal & cleaning up after everyday. As a busy Single guy Factor is working for me right now.
