Our store became invisible and Faire would not provide a technical answer

We are a brand selling on Faire. Our store previously received regular retailer visits and product views. However, after July 19, retailer traffic and product views across our entire catalog suddenly dropped to zero and remained there for an extended period. We contacted Faire support repeatedly and clearly explained that we were not asking for preferential ranking, artificial promotion, or guaranteed sales. We simply wanted confirmation that our store and products were functioning normally and were genuinely discoverable to retailers. We specifically requested a technical review of search indexing, category and discovery eligibility, recommendation eligibility, analytics tracking, and any technical, system-level, or manual condition affecting our visibility. Faire initially said the matter would be escalated to the relevant technical team. However, no technical findings were provided. Instead, we received generic explanations about personalized rankings and retailer behavior that did not address the actual issue. We even added new products, but this did not result in any sustained visibility. After we formally requested a technical investigation, the visit count increased by only one and then stopped again. We are not asking Faire to guarantee sales. Retailers are free to buy or not buy. However, retailers must first be able to see the products in order to make that decision. At the time of writing, Faire has still not provided a clear, specific, and technically verified explanation or restored meaningful visibility to our store.
