So far my experience has been okay
So far my experience has been okay. There has been two shipments that were a month late. One shipment came and I did not recieve an item. I will see if I get a refund. The product options are good.

It is convenient to browse through numerous wholesale vendors when selecting products for my retail formal dress shop. However, I was disappointed to find that clear invoices and receipts from the vendors were not available on the Faire website after the final purchase. Consequently, I was unable to view my previous orders or those currently in process.

Faire has been excellent at providing a great selection of products as well as providing a platform for communication! I've been able to select fun products to sell at our clinic, from skincare to beverages. I look forward to keep using!

The products I ordered where great, they were exactly as described and the quality of each was fantastic. However, the use of UPS was a disaster and ended up costing me additional money to have my packages delivered. Going forward if UPS is the delivery method I will either choose a different option or order elsewhere. Part of my shipment used Fedex and I had no trouble what so ever.
