I did all my orders over the Faire Sale and used up all my extended credit and saved a lot of money. All the companies have delivered on time and all very helpful.

After the verifying process the actual purchase and delivery was much quicker than I had hoped. Package arrived safely using the instructions given and in two days.

Faire has been wonderful for our online store

Faire has been a wonderful option for us to purchase items from for our online store. I'm thankful for such a great site that offers all these wonderful stores for us to be able to find items for our store. We've found some great vendors and great products. They've all offered top notch service and great quality products.

Beyond my expectations

This company is great. It gives wholesaler the perfect platform to share their brand and as a buyer, it makes it easy to keep track of orders by having everything in one place. Products are great and each shop gets their own review in addition to Faire. Shipping has been impeccable and quick and the brands get back quickly about any questions I’ve had. Will continue to shop here pretty exclusively.

Even if you filter for "no duties" you…

Even if you filter for "no duties" you still get hit. I got charged for duties that were more than the item cost. By the time you add shipping, tax (other wholesalers don't charge tax) and duties, these are not wholesale prices. Total ripoff

Always check the brands wholesale site

Firstly I’d suggest you always check direct with the brand as everyone I have looked at is much cheaper to buy direct. This isn’t supposed to happen, but it is and it is by a lot of money. I won’t be caught out like that again. I’ll always check and order direct. It’s a shame as it’s a good site with lower min orders, but not worth paying loads more than you would directly.

Watch out!! Faire is Double dipping on Commission

Watch out! As a seller, if you 'split' and order, the DOUBLE DIP on the commission!! You have to know to go in and request a commission change! Who knew?? So, until today, they have been taking wayyyy more commission than they should of. THey take the original orders FULL commission AND THEN take a commission on the "split" part of the order!

Excellent platform for wholesale purchasing

We've had an excellent experience with Faire so far. The platform is easy to use, ordering is straightforward, invoices are professional, and shipments have arrived quickly and well packaged. We've opened relationships with several brands through Faire, and the overall buying experience has been smooth from start to finish. Customer support has also been responsive whenever we needed assistance. One order couldn't be used for our intended purpose because of the brand's own resale policy, but that was not Faire's fault. Faire handled everything professionally, and our overall experience has been outstanding. We definitely recommend Faire to other wholesale buyers.

Our business still prints paper copies…

Our business still prints paper copies and we can never print out our orders on Faire. A copy that is not 22 pages long with huge photos would be helpful.

Like having buyers market at my fingertips

Just began using Faire to find products for my business. It’s so convenient having so many wholesale companies at my fingertips with clear minimums. I also discover find companies I might not normally find which is a great bonus.

8 days after i place the order i get a email they needed more information plus long long delivery times and no one can be contacted when a company hides from its customers it says a lot about them
