I have been doing business with this company for several years, and I sincerely hope to continue working with them for many more. They have an extensive product selection, and the quality of the raw materials I have purchased from them has consistently been excellent—peptides, nootropics, cosmetic ingredients, and many other products. I have always worked directly with Tina, and she has earned my trust over the years. She is reliable, responsive, helpful, and always available when something needs attention. Good customer service is easy when everything goes perfectly; what I appreciate most is how she and her management handle the small issues that occasionally arise. Even when there has been a detail I wasn’t 100% satisfied with, they have taken it seriously and worked professionally to resolve it. Reliable supplier with excellent customer support
I have worked with Faithful Chemical for an extended period of time, sourcing products through them as well as utilizing their shipping services to the United States. My experience with them has been very good overall. I have also worked with their team on improving shipment documentation and paperwork to help make the international shipping process smoother. What has impressed me most is how they have handled problems when they occurred. International shipments do not always go perfectly, and I had a shipment that did not make it to me. Marmie advocated for me with her supervisors and continued working on the issue until Faithful ultimately resent the shipment at no additional charge. That type of support matters much more to me than simply having every transaction go perfectly. Problems can happen with any international supplier; how a company responds when something goes wrong says a lot about the relationship they have with their customers. Based on my experience, Faithful Chemical has been a reliable supplier, and Marmie in particular has been responsive, helpful, and willing to advocate for me when necessary.

Best customer Service I ever experienced
When I was new in the Chemical business I did not knoe who to contact. Then after I found Faithful Chemical Cara decided to help me and guide me all along. She really was always there and answered every question that I had. She also gave me the documents I wantes to verify. I ordered 2g of Erdafitinib and could not be happier with the results. Great company and great people. Would always recommend.
