DO NOT hesitate to order from Family/Present. I ordered a portrait for my friend’s wedding, before I realized I would probably be out of town when the order would be delivered. I emailed the company, asking for the order to be delayed until I got back as I didn’t want it sitting outside, possibly exposed to the weather. The owner, Florian, quickly contacted me and explained it had already gone to production. I then asked him if at all possible, to have it delivered to my front porch. He replied that he would personally contact the shipper and give him my request. Florian replied in a timely fashion and said he would personally monitor the shipment. Much to my unexpected surprise, I received it three days later, before I even left for vacation. And it is absolutely beautiful. The owner is highly responsive to your emails, offering outstanding customer service, along with doing beautiful work. I highly recommend this company and if I could give him more than five stars, I would.
Exceptional
Other than Amazon, I rarely shop online because I’m often hesitant to trust unfamiliar retailers. After reading positive reviews about Family Present, I decided to give them a try. I ordered watercolor prints of my late husband—a solo photo of him, one featuring the two of us and another with his best friend of more than 45 years. The ordering process was simple, and delivery was prompt. After my order arrived, I received a follow-up from Florian, Founder of Family Present. While I was thrilled with the prints, I mentioned that they had been slightly damaged during shipping, leaving visible impressions that could not be concealed by a frame mat. One of the prints was intended as a birthday gift for my husband’s friend, so I was concerned about presenting it. Florian immediately arranged for a replacement, which arrived just in time. My husband’s friend absolutely loved it. Choosing Family Present was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The quality of their products and the level of customer service far exceeded my expectations. I’m already gathering more photos to create additional gifts for family and friends. Thank you, Family Present, for such an exceptional experience.
Beautifully Reproduced Canvas Prints
I couldn't be more pleased with the canvas reproduction pictures I received from family present. I sent them two photos of my husband and I for two prints - the work they did to produce the canvas prints is impeccable. They genuinely put much effort and care into making your photos into lovely "paintings." Thank you Family Present for giving me a lasting memory to enjoy daily.

I would recommend this company. I received a beautiful watercolor picture of my husband and me. I ordered it on June 1, 2026 and received it on the 10th. The site was very easy to use to order just what I wanted, I am very pleased with this company.

Fast delivery, canvas came out beautifully and will be hanging on my wall tomorrow. Also, more importantly, customer service was understanding and went above and beyond to make it right. There are a lot of websites out there, mostly from other countries, and this small USA company deserves to be on top of the list!

I saw the ad on Facebook and I am always a little skeptical when it is there. But I took a chance. I am so glad I did. When I received the finished product, I did not know how to react. It was beautiful. It was emotional for me. It was perfect. I was a little skeptical to see what my husband's reaction would be. He LOVED it. Thank you so much for turning out photo into a work of art. We love it. We also received the product within 7 days (from order to receipt)

My husband passed away suddenly in February 2026 and I ordered from family present -a photo of he and myself taken last summer. It came very quickly. It was easy to order. When I opened the box, I started crying but they were happy memory tears. It is absolutely gorgeous and I’ll treasure it forever top-notch website. Thank you so much.

My canvas in the watercolor style is beautiful. Great result from a selfie. It arrived in a timely manner, well packaged and the quality is excellent. I could not be happier.
Poor communication, not good in a pinch
I ordered a custom gift and paid for expedited processing and shipping only for me to have to reach out to the company to learn that not only was it delayed but when it finally arrived, they didn’t include all of the items I ordered. Even the two images that I purchased did not receive digital options for both until I asked. Communication with this company has been awful.

A moment to remember on the beach in Hawaii
My framed print is beautiful! We are over the moon happy with the print and the lovely way it is framed. My first plan was to save and frame it myself. I am so glad I had it professionally framed by familypresent. We celebrated our 10th year wedding anniversary with a trip to Hawaii. I took my wedding dress with hope that we could find someone to use my phone and take pictures of us on the beach at sunset. We were blessed to find an amateur photographer to help us. I used one of those photos praying it could be used for a print. The results were amazing! Just stunning! You will not be disappointed.
