When we received the original artwork, there were some changes that we wanted made. Family Present worked with us on the revisions. We just received the revised and upgraded watercolor artwork. We’re grateful for their care and extra efforts to produce art that we plan to treasure for years to come. They didn’t have to go through several revisions and yet they did; to create a picture that really means so much to us.
I ordered a print of my brothers now deceased dog for whom he had in his life for 16 years. The first thing after the pleasant and meaningful surprise he experienced was how much accurately you captured Kobe from the photo I sent. I very much appreciated their work and would highly recommend.

As always I was apprehensive about purchasing something on the internet/facebook. I contacted them on email and the owner actually wrote me back and explained their business and put me at ease. I ordered a picture of my buddy a golden retriever that past at 7 years old from a heart condition. It was devastating. I sent them the picture I wanted transposed. They notified every step of the way. Delivery had tracking and was delivered as expected. I opened the package, looked at the absolutely beautiful picture and tears started up. I truly love my pics! I chose 2 portraits and 4 pics of the houses we have lived in. They were wonderful to work with. I emailed them several times with my questions and all were answered back in less than a day. I needed to postpone my delivery date and they accommodated my ship date to when I would be in town. Then came the day of arrival. These pictures were so well wrapped and protected from damage, it looked like “Fort Knox.” I can’t wait to get them hanged! Would definitely recommend this company.

This company is available and all about their customers. My orders were processed and delivered in a very timely manner. The work that they do is professional and absolutely perfect!! I ordered a portrait of my husband and me and it turned out beautifully. He has one eye sewn shut due to sinus cancer about 9 years ago. I don't see him that way so I asked them if they could make it look like the other one. Beautiful job and it's how I see him anyway.
I cannot tell you enough how please I am with my artwork. The first piece I ordered was of me and my husband. Truly a work of art. So, again I chose to order. My first and only grandson was born in May. I ordered a picture for my son and daughter-in-law. This time I chose the black frame. When I received it I couldn't believe how beautiful. So, you know, I ordered a different one for myself with the black frame and I am truly in love. Communication with the company is above Excellent. It only took a week for them to come. Excellent in every way! From the preview to the finished product, the process was very smooth. It only took a few days to receive our canvas and we are so very pleased! I had to contact customer service to get a question answered. They responded in a couple of hours, even though it was on a Sunday. We highly recommend Family Present.

Is there a way that I can leave 6 stars? This company is amazing. There's just no other way to describe them. Initially, my wife Patti and I ordered 3 prints of our dogs, but had a small issue with shipping. Florian helped us, which is an understatement. I should say it this way; Florian stopped at nothing to make it right. We are so pleased with the pictures and just so taken back and grateful for the customer service, there are almost no words to describe it. I purchased 3 prints for my husband for Father’s Day. He was SO surprised and he really loved the prints. One print was him with our Great Dane. The second was him with our first grand child and the third was a print of our twin girl grand babies. They look amazing in our family room! I can’t wait to order more prints for our home and friends. Our family and friends love the prints as well!
