Unfortunately, our industry does have some bad actors that rely on pressure tactics and nonstop phone calls, and we know that is the last thing people need when they are already stressed. That is one of the reasons we started offering enrollment options that do not even require a phone call if someone is more comfortable communicating by text or email.
