Bogus
I just found a charge on my husband’s credit card from Fanli. He never made a purchase at said website. There’s no way to contact them. The link that appears on Trustpilot is written in Chinese! No help. Bogus website.

Still billed for refused delivery!
Refused delivery of an A/C unit in a very thin package that I knew would not work! Told the GoFo driver to return it to China via LAX where it came from. He did not speak any English. Still, I am being billed on my VISA for $140 for a product I declined to receive.

After reading an article in google about the success of a British engineer inventing a portable air condition unit, I ordered one for £169.99 with a payment to FANLI.COM. After 2 weeks I received a WALL MOUNTED HEATER, hardly worth more that £20.00. After complaining to a Chinese Company sherum.com, I had to send it back via Royal Mail paying £45.70 and hope, I received a credit...!! HALIFAX BANK (whose c/c I used), advised me to pay the return costs, if it is the Company policy .

Ordered 2 personal air conditioners, total junk, they dont cool and hardly blow. Total waste of money! Paid $169 each, and a $10 fan from the dollar store works better.
Flimsy Aircon unit costing £157
The Aircon unit £157 arrived damaged in 2 places. I have tried to call and email on numerous occasions over the last few weeks with no success. I even tried to stop payment through RBS again no success. The goods are flimsy and sold through Totsoo. But invoiced by Fanli. BEWARE THESE COMPANIES.

I ordered an “air conditioner unit’ they said how cold it would make a room etc, i ordered 2 they took almost 4 weeks to come and they are NOT air conditioning units they are cheap and nasty heaters, no better than i would pay £10 for and these where £130 each, cheap nasty crap. I have tried to find any details to email company and i cant find any contact details at all. I have now found an email, so i have emailed them, but still waiting a reply
