There was a technical issue with the address upload so make sure to triple check the correct address before ordering. When we discovered it was incorrect, the customer service were SO helpful and did everything they could to get my order in, and it worked!

My custom jerseys were delivered four days early and looked amazing. Kayla did a phenomenal job with getting all our custom logos included on the jerseys and getting a proof for us to sign off on. Both the customer service and the quality were top notch on this project!

I was doing a custom order and the person I was working with, Whisper, was amazing. Extremely helpful, always sending over mock ups whenever I asked, we emailed back and forth 30 times before we landed on the design that I finally wanted. When it came, the jersey quality was great and exactly what I wanted. Took about 3 weeks to arrive. Also got a little discount for ordering two. Overall 10/10.

After looking through their *very* large collection of samples and finding a close match to what I needed, the customer service person at FansIdea (Madeline) was so helpful (and so patient with me!) as I worked to customize the shirt quite a lot. The person I ordered this shirt for is a former hockey player, so getting this right was very important. Now that he has the shirt he says he really loves it. He pointed out that these shirts are for hockey FANS, not hockey PLAYERS (there is apparently a safety strap in real hockey shirts -- who knew?). Anyway, I would absolutely recommend working with FansIdea on a hockey shirt. Two thumbs up!

I ordered a jersey that I was hoping to wear for an upcoming event, and there wasn't enough time for regular processing and delivery, even though I paid for express shipping. Then, the next day, I realized that I also needed a second jersey as well, and placed another order. I contacted Customer Support, and Phoebe L., Sales Supervisor, took control of my orders, placed a rush processing on both jerseys, and ensured that both were shipped-out and delivered in-advance of my in-hand date. Without her help, hand-walking my orders through their system, I would not have been able to get the jerseys in-time. Absolutely amazing. I had difficulty initially with the website at the payment checkpoint, but I was persistent and the team even replied to my email the next day. I also asked for a name to be changed after I placed my order, and they got back to me and made the change. The jerseys turned out perfectly. Definitely exceeded my expectations. I looked at other custom sites and companies and none compare to these guys’ selection. The quality is amazing and the sizing is true to size. For real. I actually want to create more. Thanks all!!

Phoebe helped with my order - I sent her a roster of 17 people with names, numbers and sizes - she developed the order form, sent it to me for review and we completed the order within 48 hours - 3 weeks later, I received 17 beautiful jerseys - there are some minor loose strings from manufacturing, but easily removed with a lighter or small set of scissors - the Houston Toros team is ready to play ball this summer in our new sleeveless Jerseys !!!!
