I found FansIdea on Instagram and was honestly a little nervous about ordering custom jerseys from a company I hadn’t used before. After this experience, I can say I couldn’t be happier with the decision.
The jerseys came out absolutely amazing. The quality, fit, and design all exceeded our expectations. We placed a bulk order for our softball team, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.
I especially want to thank Vicky for all of her help. I probably wasn’t the easiest customer, and I had quite a few requests and changes along the way. Vicky was incredibly patient, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure our custom team name, logos, and details were exactly how we wanted them.
The customer service was truly outstanding, the jerseys arrived in just over a week, and the final product looked even better than we imagined. Our whole team loves them and we’ve received a ton of compliments already.

Don't rely on their processing and shipping times
Needed shirts for a tournament. Been over three weeks and have not received my purchase. Tournament has come and gone. My shirts weren't even customized, just blanks.

This is my fourth time ordering from FansIdea and it won't be the last. Phoebe has been absolutely amazing and has made the ordering process so easy each time. She's also helped us build a completely customized jersey for our school in different colors than what's advertised online. The products are great but the service I get from Phoebe is what keeps me coming back.

Be Careful with Size Charts!
I went through their custom order process to purchase two sets of soccer jerseys for a kids birthday party. My request for both items to be printed as jerseys was acknowledged at first, and then changed without my knowledge during the ordering process.
When the items arrived, one set of jerseys was printed as t shirts and the sizing was completely different. The t shirts sizing is so large that a medium easily fits an adult woman, and the shirt sizing is not acceptable for a seven year old birthday party.
After acknowledging the issue, they are unwilling to reprint the jerseys in the correct size.
Further, don’t expect any quick customer service. You will get one email per day, so a customer service conversation will take a week+ to come to any kind of understanding or resolution.
Update June 8:
FansIdea reached out to me directly and expedited a replacement order for the jerseys that were too large. The order was shipped express and arrived in time for our party. I really appreciate FansIdea’s willingness to was to correct the issue and get us jerseys that would fit our kids!

Ordering my company's volleyball league jerseys from Fansidea has been a great experience overall - their customer service and responsiveness are top-notch (Vicky, specifically), plus their pricing and quality are fantastic. She helped me every step of the way and her communication and responsiveness were top-notch. I was probably the worst customer--continually changing my mind on the design/colors--and she was so helpful and always so quick to redo mockups of jerseys ideas. The turn around time from order to delivery for custom jerseys was incredibly fast too! These jerseys aren't heat on applications--our team logo/name/number are printed on the jersey.
