Very satisfied with Fantrax customer service
I've used Fantrax for a long time and been commish of a league for the past year and a half. This year we upgraded to Premier. Prior to that customer service was always top notch but it continues to be so. It seems like I always get a response within a few hours and it's very detailed. It's usually I need clarity on the nuance of one of the premium features, at one point I needed their help identifying a cheater (same IP confirmation), had a ad issue blocking the menu. Many things over the years but they've all been corrected promptly and great detail has been given to each explanation. They do a great job.

I use the Fantrax site for fantasy EPL and it is intuitive and very robust. It's truly an incredible site. In addition, I had a manager with a issue and I had to reach out to support and I got it answered and resolved within 12 hours. Unbelievable! Great functionality, easy for a commissioner and great gameplay for all participants.
Sports pools made easy
Many platforms want you to create a pool and invite others to join. Fantrax creates easy to follow pools at various types and fund levels all within one great App. Love the experience and the support over the years. Been here for years. Sports poolie fan?? Look no further
Fantrax... Be careful prior to switching over
If I could downgrade this from 3 to 1 I would ...... .Fantrax boast with regards to their ability to import settings and basic configurations from other fantasy sites in an attempt to lure you switching over. Nothing short of mis truths and lies. Their idea of importing settings is for you to take screen shots and send them in.... Really. Hey Fantrax suggestion, have your front line team make promises they can keep or at least be transparent in what you can actually deliver. ..... And the response just solidifies my statement.

Hi Steven, thanks for reaching out and for being a loyal member of the Fantrax Community since Jan 2024 with your MLB league. While there is no single button function to import an entire fantasy league, rosters, settings, history, etc. our support team is available to review your past league league and settings in order to ensure your league is set up perfectly for you. However, this is not required as our commissioner tools allow all commissioners to create and customize their league as they wish. The request for screenshots was to ensure all settings are accurate. As you have already seen, our support team is always available and quick to answer should you require any support.

Best fantasy sports site out there as far as customizations and options. Their support is very responsive and is always great at answering questions about how different settings work, etc. This is the only fantasy site I use.

Easy Peasy
Being new to the Fantrax site I set up my playoff draft. I only had a bit of trouble because of being new to online drafting. Robert was/is extremely patient in pointing the setup in the correct direction and finding a solution. Now very much ready for our playoff draft. Fantrax recommended ***** Tnx Fantrax/Robert
Switched to Fantrax
Switched from a different fantasy website that i will not name. Fantrax has been much more versatile and there support team has been very quick to respond to any of my question. All of witch have been user error.

The Fantrax support team is always quick to respond to my queries and suggestions. Today, Joseph provided the perfect workaround for an obscure request for our league. Every year, it's money well spent for their Premium service.
The best fantasy platform in the business
Fantrax's support team is second to none. Last year, I moved all my leagues from FleaFlicker to Fantrax and I knew it was going to be a big lift to make sure all my settings and everything were setup the exact way we needed them to be. I've probably bugged the hell out of them with all my questions, but the support team has been nothing short of incredible, specifically Robert and Nathan. They make the experience so much better, knowing that if I ever need anything or have any questions, that they will jump right in and be willing to make the experience better. This, coupled with all the amazing features Fantrax offers makes it the best platform to play on.

There is no better place to host your baseball fantasy league than Fantrax. No other site can offer the customization options that Fantrax can. Also, the App is SO good, you don't need a desktop computer or tablet. You'll have an amazing amount of information at your fingertips.
