Ten Fun Years with Great Help When You Need It
I have been playing fantasy baseball with Fantrax since 2016. Only one time in all those years did I experience one little glitch while drafting my lineup. I e-mailed them for help by clicking the "Support" button on their platform and was astounded by how quickly they responded. They were very patient with me as I explained my issue and soon I got squared away, I especially enjoy their Best Ball games, which give you a chance to win back some cash if your team does well, but their free games are fun, too.

In more than one occasion, I have sought customer support for assistance with perplexing situations I've encountered as commissioner of a baseball league. In each instance, the Fantrax people always respond quickly and professionally. At times, more than one exchange had to occur before the problem was resolved, but every person I dealt with showed great patience in each interaction.

We moved over from Sleeper PL fantasy…
We moved over from Sleeper PL fantasy having previously ran our league there and on the FPL site. Fantrax is so much more configurable in terms of the settings, format, and scoring. We were able to transfer our league over easily and had the ability to add new rules and scoring too. Would highly recommend others do the same if they're looking for a new home for their fantasy football league.

Excellent support and response times
Just wanted to say that the support team at Fantrax has been rock solid. Moving a dynasty league to a new platform can be a daunting process with each site doing things a little different and getting everything dialed in can be a PITA. I probably submitted over 8 tickets and each time the guys responded quickly (sometimes within an hour) and actually setup a few templates for us. Even on opening day of NFL these guys were working overtime responding to last minutes notes. I do want to note that we have the premium / paid services but at $10 an owner, how can you not be running premium?
