Fantrax support is second to none
I have played fantasy EPL and NFL on Fantrax since 2022 and 2024 respectively after many years on different platforms. Fantrax provides a myriad of options so you can tailor the games how you want. But the main reason for the 5 star rating is that over the years, when they provide help, it has been rapid, clear and spot on. My experience has been that their support is second to none.

I run all my leagues on Fantrax and have for 6 years, baseball, football, hockey, basketball, all full blown dynasties all 30 or 32 team leagues, I am well pleased with there support and the system itself, no better place for fantasy sports. I also use fantrax’s treasurer in all my 9 leagues and totally satisfied. I will be here for years to come. Thanks Roger (Heybata )

This league has customization unlike major competitors. Draft Room is elite. But their rapid human response to issues is top notch, bar none. Platinum level for yearrrrrrs
Excellant support staff
This is not the first time I have gotten positive experiences with Fantrax Support. They helped me develop a Nascar league with the current functional options as well as a Hockey and a Baseball. There is a lot of functionality offered in Fantrax which makes it important that they have excellent support personel. I highly recommend them.

Their platform is so user-friendly and informative. To-notch! Also their customer support and problem soutions have been consistently timely and friendly. I have played in 3 different fantasy baseball formats - ESPN, YAHOO, and FANTRAX. FANTRAX is by far my favorite.

Fantrax is Awesome in Every Way
Love running our baseball leagues with Fantrax. Being a premium customer allows many flexible settings to fit all leagues. We have some very different rules and it is nice to eliminate some of the manual work I used to do. Best yet, support is always available and they have helped me tremendously over the last 5 years.
