This is the second time in a year that Fashonphile inaccurately listed a bag. Last year I bought an Hermes bag listed as mini. When it arrived it was not a mini. This time it a bag was listed as including a dust bag but did not. The dust bag is not a big deal. The problem is the lack of any customer service, any accountability, and any effort to make me feel valued. These two items alone total over $17000. When I was told about the dust bag I said ok, just to ship expedited as a courtesy. The rep Manania completely ignored me. She did what she wanted and disregarded me completely. I tried calling- one hour wait, no reply to email, and chat wait time also an eternity. Finally Tee called me. She agreed to try to upgrade shipping. The next day, more than 24 hours later, I get an email saying it was not possible. Really? I pay $8000, they mislist an item and then they cant even provide upgraded shipping. Fashionphile has zero intergrity, zero value for clients and zero customer service!!!

Great description and pretty fast shipping considering the holiday in the middle of shipping. The only thing is the bag has a smell to it almost like cigarette and musty smell, still trying to air it out hopefully it’ll be gone soon, but other than that absolutely love the bag!

WORST EXPERIENCE. They'll waste your time and won't get back to you. They'll say, "I'll send you more photos of the watch, I'll send those over soon. Later today" And nothing and then the watch you really wanted they sell from under you. The person I dealt with was VICTORIA. I talked to her over the phone while I was in Paris and then came back to find: NO COMMUNICATION. NO CALL BACK. NO TEXT OF PHOTOS. Completely worthless to say the least. Pathetic customer service. Just an hourly not doing her job and dropping the ball. A worthless waste of time and truly a terrible experience. This is the type of customer service you want to show your customers? You people are worthless. I'm excited to hear the response and see what form letter response you send back. Those responses by the way are ridiculous. You can see the same response written 10 ways. People, they don' give a s$$$ about you. They write back responses that are contrived and push you away from dealing with the situation. Terrible! No wonder why they gave such bad reviews. They can't handle it. Low class and a 100% thumbs down.
