A+ shopping
I’ve shopped with Feature for years and have always had pleasant experiences. This order was no different. They are especially good if you’re in the market for something pricey, as they have frequent sales.
Best in the Biz!

Awesome!!!
Faulty item received with terrible CS.
Purchased a garment that was destroyed after a single wash - majority of the stitching in the waist came undone and this company refused to make it right as I received a faulty item. Customer service was useless and didn’t even respond to my follow up email.

CLOTHES HEAVEN ON EARTH
Good Evening, I have spent several thousand dollars and bought nearly 100 (or more) pieces from feature.com and I have NEVER experienced ANY problem. Now, tell me why I would want to put up with a random sales associate at Bergdorf's (for example) that may be in a bad mood. Not to mention feature.com almost always has ALL sizes and ENTIRE NEW collections in stock. Not to mention the Christmas before Christmas (50% off) EVERYTHING sale. CHEERS, AJ
