I wish i could do.zero. i just ordered the echo shoe and accidently did it in mens size. I tried to.get ot corrected and emailed to see if i could get it in the womans size as the website does not say men or womans. Basically i am stuck.with them. If you make a mistake in ordering even on the same.day, too bad. Will never order from them again. Cannot return acct.special.addition. anyone know how to shrink

Ordered a massive order. 1 shirt was missing. I had to reach out. “Forgot to ship it but now sold out”. Then refunded me. No offer of a future discount code, no offer to cover the original shipping cost. Mediocre business.

Why hasn’t my package arrived yet?
Why hasn’t my package arrived yet?! Every event or function that I could have possibly worn my ASSC hoodie has past. I ordered weeks ago and received an email on May 27th stating, “Your order is on its was.” How long does that take? Today is now June 14th and still no package. According to the travel history, it arrived in Forest Park, GA on June 2nd. This is very disappointing.

Zero connectivity between the website…
Zero connectivity between the website and physical stores. Ordering an item in the store took way too long. Manager in the store wouldn't honor a website discount/coupon from the same company. As a new customer, it was demoralizing and felt unnecessarily punitive. Not a fan of the overall customer service but i don't blame the store employees -- this comes from the founders/the top. I'll still check out the store occasionally but the overall experience has engendered zero loyalty from me
