Feature is one of the best stores when it comes to their sneaker raffles... I have hit on sooooooo many raffles from them, they seem to be the only fair ones out of alotttt... This raffle, I actually won the Adidas × Willy Cahavarria long striped shorts and I absolutely love them... Thank you Feature, sooooo much

Excellent Customer Service!
I made a mistake and accidentally ordered the wrong size shoe. The customer service I received was incredibly helpful and made it easy for me to get my order canceled and re-ordered. I’m glad for the quick resolution and will definitely be shopping with them again in the future.

I put in for a raffle draw and I never got notification that I won the raffle. Since I was never notified I assume I did not win the raffle draw, so I purchased the item at Nike. Then after a week later I get notification via UPS that I will be receiving a package from Feature. I take a look at my bank account and they charge me for the item. Never received notification via email in regards to winning the raffle draw and shipping information. If I would have know and received notification that I won, I would of be eres ordered the item from Nike. Now I have 2 pairs of the item.
