Although the experiences themselves have been great, the app and the booking process are awful. Was given initial £5 voucher but the code does not work.App did not work on phone and kept crashing. Have accumulated over a thousand points in the reward scheme but the check out process did not give an option to use them. Spent 2 hours to and fro customer support via email and then they just stopped replying. They advised me to uninstall then reinstall the app which I had already tried then they stopped replying.
Amazing, felt magical, didn’t feel rushed at all and was able to walk through slowly. Butterbeer tasted so good
