I emailed Fever to ask if booking fees are payable if the tickets are booked at the venue booking office. They confirmed that the fees are not payable. Guess what? I travelled to the venue, purchased tickets and the fees WERE payable! Staff confirmed that they could do nothing about it (?). Staff at the booking desk were incompetent and unhelpful.

They give you the option to swap event time/day, but you do not get credit for your purchase. I purchased 2 VIP tickets ($80/per) and switched to general admission ($65/per), a difference of $30. I not only lost the $30, I then had to pay an additional $10, even though I switched to less expensive tickets. Somehow this is legal. I will never attend another Fever event.

Fever's systems provided me prompt replies to my multiple queries, that allowed me to manage my problems straightforwardly (I wanted to delete my card details from the system, and I wanted to change the dates of my tickets) and I won't download apps. I was able to manage the matters all through the website. Good!

Java script does not remember my selections. If one item is changed all others revert to their default values. Site does not define "senior" (55+, 60+, 65+?) No help in FAQ's. Cannot email or chat customer service. There is no way to change selected date and time until the ticket / email is viewed. WHY IS THERE NO PASSWORD SECURITY? I would rate your web site a negative one, if possible.
