Horrible
We received our cards starting end of June 2025. I was extremely happy with the ease of the website and policies you could enforce until on 06/04/26, as many others have stated, they took our credit limit to zero WITHOUT warning. We have employees states away that depend on their cards for fuel, materials, and out of town expenses. They were left stranded. All of the automatic safety alliance charges that are set to auto pay were denied pulling us from a job. It has been a nightmare. I started with the chat immediately because I couldn't find a phone number. He tells me same auto response. He is unable to help me only risk management can help. Risk management doesn't have a phone number and you can only reach them through their support email. He then gives me a number to call but makes sure I know there isn't anything they can do either. And of course he was right that what she told me as well. I emailed support that same day. I was told it could take up to 30 days to get a response. It is now 07/14 and I still have not received a response. I urge everybody to DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!
Our real estate books were not organized the way we asked
We are real estate investors and we asked our books to be organized according to property. That didn’t happen and I had to organize everything at years end. It was no fun considering you could have done that initially.
Finally did a good job for me.
Finally took four years of data from my bank statements and organized it into readable financial reports that I needed to prepare my Forms 990 so I could report my activity to the IRS. They were fairly fast getting the data pulled from my bank statements and into financial reports. I hope to use them on a monthly basis going forward.
Same experience as many others
Same experience as many others: after a year, our account was suddenly canceled with no explanation, and over $ 1,500 in credits were lost. Was never able to get a reply. Not a good business to work with; plenty of better business partners.

We were fully established with all our rules and migrating to QuickBooks when, out of the blue, all our cards were deactivated, leaving workers stranded in the field with no means of getting gas and materials.
Always great
Confidence in Finally
I have full confidence in Finally. Their communication with me on my bookkeeping is great!
SCAM! Rewards program, NO NOTICE
I've been a Finally corporate cardholder for 8 months. When I signed up, I was told the Rewards Program required a minimum 1-year holding period before points could be redeemed. I held up my end of that agreement. With no warning, Finally sent a notice stating the Rewards Program is being "terminated effective immediately" and that any accrued rewards are "no longer eligible for redemption" this came right after they also told me my Corporate Card account itself was being closed. I had $13,033.65 in accrued rewards at the time. I never had a chance to redeem anything, because Finally cancelled the program before the redemption window they themselves set even opened for me. This isn't a case of a rewards program simply changing they made it structurally impossible for me to ever collect what I earned, then closed the account on top of it without any noticce. If you're considering Finally for a corporate card, know that they can cancel your card and your rewards balance with no notice and no path to redemption, even if you're well within whatever terms they originally gave you. I had a limit of $150k and was spending good 6 figure amount every month with no late payment ever. Communication sucks. STAY AWAY from this company
Responsible and professional staff
I hired Finally in the middle of 2025…
I hired Finally in the middle of 2025 hoping to improve my bookkeeping. They started out alright, sending me monthly P&Ls etc but then stopped at some point. When I logged in in 2026 for taxes I realized that they were very behind and also I noticed that 10 different people had been servicing my account. I don't know if that's because of the turnover or what. I needed my books up to date quickly so I turned to hiring another bookkeeper since Finally seemed so slow. I think requested cancellation of my service but finally wanted to have a meeting to talk about my books and possible improve things but at that point I already knew it wasn't going to work. The communication is slow and not great and I realized I wanted to stay on quickbooks and just work with one bookkeeper that I get to know and trust instead of multiple random people being added to my account on a regular basis. Anyways they will not honor my request and cancel with a refund instead the are trying to get caught up and continue so that they won't have to refund me as much. This is horrible service and I feel trapped at this point. I will be contacting my credit card company to set a stop payment since there seems to be no other way to stop.
Bad Communication
Communication is the worst I have dealt with. Recently have sent in email communications, two weeks later no response. They close the account at their leisure, which then you start getting declines with the credit card, hard to do business this way. Paid off the credit card and still unable to use, they have it cut off again. Do not recommend!

I gave a rating of ONE because Zero was not an option, I could never get bookkeeping staff to post transactions accurately even though most were recurring. After finally receiving last years financials, my accountant had to reconcile most of what they didn't do accurately. Do not waste your time, they are not skilled.
In general I like working with finally…
In general I like working with finally but I have a couple of concerns: 1. The different departments are not in sync. The accounts department claimed not to be able to reach me at the same time my regular bookkeeping team were emailing and calling me regularly, and that team never told me the other team was trying to reach me with no success. 2. The way the CRM is set up, I get CONSTANT emails and it's impossible to sort out the difference between emails that need attention and courtesy emails. This is time consuming and frustrating.

It’s a good feeling when I can call Finally and talk to a person. I am not liking having to set up meetings on a computer with hopes of getting a response. My customers want to talk to me. When they call I answer. I expect the same from the people I deal with. Thanks for being there. Ed
Never missed payment
Never missed payment, corporate credit is great, owners credit is 800, had 170,000 limit used 34,000= account cancellation on zero notice
Do not open an account with this company
I opened an account with this company I had it for 8 months and al if a sudden my card started to be declined without any notification they closed my account. I have now checked them out online and read the reviews and it appears to be there standard protocol. I could not get any information when I called I had to write a letter and a month later I received a notice your account is closed no reason. I have excellent credit they automatically take the payment from your account and never had an issue. The only think I think is I wasn’t spending enough. I had a $50,000 credit line and was averaging $12,000 per month. I do not recommend.
