We ordered the wrong parts which is not your fault but then I called to do an return and I was told we would get rma paperwork in 1-2 days and then it would take 7-10 days to get our money back after they received the parts back. Two days just to generate a number!?!? Then we ordered and overnighted the correct parts and we received 1 tracking number below the list of parts we ordered so I assumed they would all be here the next day but no. At 10 the next morning we receive an email saying there’s a problem with our delivery. No information as to what the problem is just that there was a problem. Well the problem was one of the parts didn’t get shipped. When I called the customer service rep was no help. I tried to get him to refund our overnight shipping since we didn’t get it overnight. The answer was no. Now we’re stuck at a shop without our part paying for another nights hotel when you knew yesterday that we weren’t getting our parts and didn’t communicate it. So between that and your farce of a rma process, I will never order parts from you again.

Find it parts is always backed up. And sold good parts, the only issue I have is the instant tracking number. You get is not the tracking number. You can use that's it.
