Broken starter, WORST Customer Support!!
I was sent a broken starter right out of the box. Starter drive was stuck in the out position and would not go in for install. Within 1hr of being delivered, I called Support to report problem. I was told I could return the starter and I would get sent a return label that day. 6 phone calls and 2 weeks later they have not sent me a return label yet. They have no Supervisor to forward your call to or have any urgency to help you. Worst Customer Support I've ever dealt with!! Website clearly says, "No Hassle Returns". DON'T buy anything from this website.
I payed for next day air and didn’t get it until 5 days later and only sent half of what I payed for next day air

I couldn't find this part in stock anywhere! Went online and found this one on find it parts - paid the extra for two day shipping and it actually showed up the next day! I was please to see the price wasn't sky high with the low availability!

I was able to order hard to find parts and it was shipped quickly. Need more communication if shipments are split. I was not sure if I would get part of what I ordered because of unclear communication
