The package was meant to arrive last Tuesday and has not yet arrived. Thank you for your reply, however no, as arriving a week later they are in a country that I’m not in or returning to anytime soon. Also the staff have not been able to find the package.

The jeans did not fit properly at all + huge waist gaps :( I already own the FitJeans Model Flared in Size S, which fits very well, also accurate to my measurements and your size guide. So this time I got the Mid Wasted Model bc the classic ones are quite high waisted for my taste. Same Jeans, same Size doesn't fit me anymore, on top it does exactly what it is advertising not to do. It's very loose around the waist and fitting-tight around the legs and lengthwise (couldn't fit in size smaller). Would love to add the pictures, it's like there are 2 complete different models of jeans.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I returned my entire order (FJ611164), but only part of the refund has been processed. I have already sent two emails regarding my missing refund and still have not received any response or update. It has now been more than a week, and being ignored while waiting for money that should already have been refunded is extremely frustrating. I expected much better communication and support.

My jeans fit! Going off the waist measurements was all I needed! I am 5'3 and now weigh 140lbs, as I have been growing my glutes, and have been needing to get new jeans that fit. My 24-25" waist jeans no longer fit since I've gained muscle all over. These Fitjeans fit great around my legs and glutes and comfortable around my waist without that back gap! Finally, jeans that fit me with bigger glutes and a 27" waist. Also, my jeans arrived (in Germany) within one week!!!!!

I'd ordered a lot from this company in the past and it's always been great. But I went to order my usual Medium size this time, then checked it in another colour and then went back to my original choice and somewhere in that it defaulted to XS and that's what I ended up getting - even though my history is ALWAYS to order M. I was able to return for a refund but they charge to send them back and they won't do an exchange so they get you on the return postage which ain't cheap. They also said they'd then offer me a code to get free postage when I re-ordered the correct size with a discount to make up for what happened as I'm usually such a regular customer. But neither of these things were sent to me and I would just keep getting generic AI replies to my messages. So I gave up in the end and sadly, this has put me off ever ordering from them again. A little bit of good customer service goes a long way for customer retention. Shame they don't seem to care about that.
