Jeans are super flattering, lenght perfect for 177cm (in tall). Fits wider hips and perfect for smaller waist. Makes glutes look great. Shipping just took longer than expected (2 weeks in eu). Also the front pockets are fake so that’s kind of annoying

We recently moved warehouses which is why delivery took longer, but all's in place now and will be even smoother from here 😍 Regarding the pockets - our loose fits have real front pockets, on the other models we tried real pockets, but the fabric always crumbled up and ruined the clean silhouette 🥹 But it's always a nice excuse for a cute purse 👀

Very pricy. No discounts for return customers or when purchasing in bulk. Selection of styles & colors can be limited in my size (XL) but the jeans are quality & a great fit.

Beautiful jeans, super comfortable and thick like actual jeans (not like jeggings at all). Have 5 pairs I think now. Love the baggy and flares. Though the xs baggy is too short for me, the small is a much better length (and still ok on my waist). My waist is 26" and hips are 38" and I'm 5'6". Only not 5 stars as they are quite expensive, definitely worth waiting for a sale.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I returned my order in full accordance with FitJeans’ return policy. The return was received and accepted, yet my refund of more than €500 was not processed for weeks. During this time, I received multiple and contradictory explanations. I was told that the refund could not be processed because of PayPal, that the PayPal case had to be closed, that additional information was required from me, and later that there were technical issues preventing the refund. I contacted PayPal directly several times. PayPal confirmed to me in writing that no further information was required from me and that FitJeans could issue the refund through the original PayPal transaction at any time. I sent these written confirmations and screenshots to FitJeans. Despite this, I continued to receive responses that contradicted PayPal’s written statements. At no point did FitJeans provide any evidence that I had failed to provide required information or that I had not fulfilled my obligations as the customer. I had already left a previous Trustpilot review, and FitJeans publicly replied that they were still waiting for information from me. This statement was not consistent with the written confirmation I had already received from PayPal and had shared with them. As a customer, I should not have to spend weeks proving that a refund can be processed while my money remains with the seller. If there are internal or technical issues, they should be resolved between the seller and PayPal without withholding a customer’s money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend FitJeans. I will not purchase from this company again.

Before your return had been processed, a PayPal dispute was opened requesting a refund amount of €589.75. After reviewing your return, we confirmed that the correct refundable amount is €523.85, as one of the six items was kept and the original shipping and return label fee are non-refundable in accordance with our return policy. As explained in our recent email correspondence, we have also been in contact with PayPal Merchant Support regarding your case. They confirmed that the claim is still active, and while it remains open, we are unable to process a refund for an amount different from the disputed amount. We have also advised you to contact PayPal directly for any updates regarding the status of the claim, as they are best placed to provide information about the dispute process. As soon as the PayPal claim allows us to do so, we will immediately refund the correct amount of €523.85 to your original payment method. We understand this situation has been frustrating and appreciate your patience while it is being resolved.
Ordered for the first time on July 6. Other than the initial order confirmation email on the same day, nothing happened since. The given shipping time (1-2 workdays) is exceeded exponentially and definitely not worth the shipping costs. After contacting support yesterday I got an AI response that confirmed ‘the order is confirmed but it has not shipped yet’. Very unsatisfied with this brand so far. _______ Update: I did receive a confirmation email right after the purchase but NOTHING was mentioned about the relocation or the shipping time. Please don’t insinuate that I’m the one in the wrong by not reading the provided information properly. Not to mention, it’s been almost two weeks since my order.

Recieved these jeans in the mail but they were too short for me. When I went to return them its an $8 fee to return and an additional $6.70 fee if you want the payment refunded to your card, another fee if you want store credit. Neither charges are listed in the return policy. When I reached out to the brand about this multiple times they ignored me. Disappointing that this brand is so dishonest and unprofessional.

These jeans are absolutely beautiful! The fabric is stretchy and very comfortable, making them easy to wear all day. They fit perfectly, hug the body in all the right places, and create a really flattering silhouette. Honestly, they are one of the most comfortable pairs of jeans I’ve ever owned. The only downside is the price, which I think is a bit high. However, you don’t buy a really good pair of jeans very often, and the quality and fit make them worth the investment.
