As explained in our email, each new email sent creates a new ticket and places you back in the queue, which unfortunately can delay response times. Regarding the scent you noticed, this is not harmful but can occasionally occur with freshly dyed denim, especially when the product is packed and shipped shortly after production. Our production partner has recently adopted a more environmentally friendly dyeing process that significantly reduces water waste and chemical runoff. While this is a positive step toward sustainability, it can sometimes leave a temporary odor on the fabric. This typically fades after airing or washing by following our washing instructions. We can also confirm that your return has now been processed and a refund has already been issued. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience this caused and appreciate your patience while we resolved it💙
