I think Five Guys is great

I think Five Guys is great. Are the burgers expensive'ish, sure. But I think they are worth it. The primary reason for this review though is their efforts on providing nutritional information for their entire menu. Yeah, someone with dietary restrictions probably shouldn't really being eating "fast food" a whole lot, but at least at Five Guys you can make smarter choices knowing the facts. For example, instead of getting the regular burger, I got the little hamburger with just the toppings that fit my dietary budget. Though "little" it still was a filling lunch. Kudos Five Guys for making that nutritional information available.

Working with Five Guys was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The team was professional, communicative, and gave us the creative freedom to produce content that felt authentic to our audience while still meeting the campaign goals. The process was smooth, expectations were clear, and it was a pleasure partnering with such an iconic brand. We'd gladly work with the Five Guys team again in the future.

Went to Five Guys for the first time in…

Went to Five Guys for the first time in Vienna (probably the last as well). Not only one BLT burger was overpriced af (didn’t even order fries that would’ve been much more expensive) but the bacon was so hella dry and almost burnt in my BLT burger that the mayonnaise in the burger didn’t help it taste better at all. The only good thing is that there’s a large supply of soft drinks you can choose from so the vanilla Coca Cola I drank was very tasty. I won’t go the next time to Five Guys though

Fries : LOL

The one in Neumunster. Worst fries ever on the face of the earth. Bland, undercooked, had the texture of oven fries. Floor extremly sticky and dirty. The burger was cold, told the staff and their reply was it was because I ordered tomatoes which are kept at 3 degrees… uhm so apparently that could effect the buns as well. Double the price og McDonalds as well.🙄

Only five guys I saw in that burger place was just a five guys name nothing was up to the standards sadly (expensive and they all make mistake with making your orders right)some times you get one burger patty too.so basically it’s a no for ever

Order was totally wrong.

Ordered a burger with no lettuce and no pickles which I am not allowed to eat ordered tomato and grilled onions. Got lettuce and did not get tomato or grilled onions. Fries were salty and greasy. Will not eat there again. I did have delivery and paid extra for that and I couldn’t correct the problem. Money down the drain. Don’t waste your time.

Five Guys , Marbella Town, SPAIN

We visited the Five Guys Burger restaurant, located in central Marbella, adjacent to Alemeda Park, last night at approximately 22:00. When we entered the entire restaurant was filthy. Tables dirty, the floors were covered in crumbs and torn napkins. Despite this, we were hungry and it was getting late, so we ordered. The burgers were bland, despite the fillings and unmelted cheese. The fries were overcooked. In short terrible. My wife wanted to use the bathroom before we left the restaurant but on seeing the filthy unhygienic conditions, she left. Our advice avoid!

Canceled without warning

We work in a high stress financial environment and end of the month is an extremely crucial day. Today happens to be National Burger Day so our support staff orders from your location on Ernest Barrett Parkway in Kennesaw. We were patiently waiting on our lunches while working when we were notified the location canceled our order without notification or warning. This is unprofessional and not the norm when dealing with a Five Guys location.

The review is about one of your restaurants in Barcelona, just next to Sagrada Familia. It's ridiculous on a place with so many tourist, no one to speak English, I need to be a translator to a group from a UK, and it was a disaster, but I just wanted to help. The food was good.

Really??!

What went wrong was when the cashier told me how much a cheese burger, fries, and a large coke was.... (coughing and choking)$20.62!!!!!! But then again I actually contributed to the high prices by paying for it....I won't do that again. Food was reasonable...but the price did cause the flavor to be diminished.

My First time ever ordering at Five Guys. Went completely horribly terribly wrong. I had a craving for crispy fries... Well that was a hugh let down. What was served a hot pile of soggy a$$ crap. What a total disappointment never again will I purchase a bag of greasy soggy slop. Location: 607 NJ-18, East Brunswick, NJ 08816

Customers Beware--Eat At Your Own Risk

We are regular customers of Five Guys in Gastonia, NC. For the past two years this franchise has not had Air conditioning in their restaurant. In the winter, does not matter but we recently visited and the store had their doors wide open and it was still too hot. My wife is handicapped and we could not eat in due to the extreme heat. I contacted Five Guys directly because it is a safety hazzard and violation of food safety and handling to not have products that require temperature control to not have conditioned air and to leave the doors open with food risks bacteria and disease even before preparation. All the Five Guys hotline did was take my information and no one ever called or followed up. I did this twice and still not one call or follow up. I finally called the county health inspector and the local news station because evidently, this franchise owner, owns all stores in my region. What kind of owner allows this to happen to a burger joint that prides itself on fresh meat and products. The manager at the store said they have complained and nothing has ever been done and this has been going on for years. They need to be shut down! They are going to get people sick or worse with food safety and handling like this.

Hair Inspection at Chelsea Location

I had a food delivery from the Chelsea, MA location on 4/28/26, a hotdog with onion, pepper, mushroom, mayo, ketchup and mustard and who can forget the small fries. Perfect combo, right? I began eating and couldn’t believe how good it was….until I realized hair was one of the ingredients in this amazing sandwich. I immediately refrained from eating the rest but not without examining the remaining hotdog & bun. There I found more hair. Was this deliberate? Regardless of the horrible experience, I’m actually giving 3 stars because my son’s order was perfect, and he orders from this location regularly without complaint. What I’m hoping is that management & staff takes reviews seriously and enforce hair nets, caps and gloves when handling food. Five Guys, at your menu costs you must do better with cleanliness.

The food was not good

The food was not good. The bun was soggy, and the veggie sandwich was inedible because the mushrooms were cold and limp. The prices were completely exorbitant—not worth the money.

If your buying 1 & get 1 free it's worth it. Otherwise there's better and for a more reasonable price. The taste most resembles In and Out. The fries were damp and not too tasty. If I were these 5 guys, I'd lower prices immediately to avoid the impending doom of an average burger costing 15.00
