I'm very disappointed with the service provided. The courier was supposed to pick up our return item on 10/10/2025, but no one showed up — even until today. What's worse is that the status on Shopee keeps getting updated as if we requested to reschedule, when in fact we’ve been waiting the entire time without making any such request.
Due to this, our return and refund request was cancelled, which is extremely unfair as the issue was entirely caused by the courier’s failure to pick up the item. Despite raising multiple requests and trying to follow up, the issue was completely ignored. This is highly irresponsible and unacceptable service.
To make matters worse:
1. Calling your customer service hotline leads nowhere – no one picks up.
2. Live chat support is terrible – all we get are repeated apologies and rushed responses trying to end the conversation without solving the issue.
Is this what you call good service?
As a result, our return and refund request was cancelled, not because of any fault on our part, but due entirely to the courier’s failure to perform their duty. We have raised this issue multiple times with no resolution or proper response. This lack of responsibility is unacceptable for any logistics provider.
Please take this matter seriously, as it reflects extremely poorly on your customer service standards. This experience has caused unnecessary delay, frustration, and loss on our side.

The report says i unable reached so the parcel is unable to deliver. what??
i already buy from Shopee hundreds of order, non of the Shopee Express call me, but all parcel from Shopee Express successfully deliver to my doorstep or my letter box for years!! and my family always at house to accept parcels!. only until this FLASH Express fails to deliver customer's parcels!! this is first time.. and second time also same M06011JCSY9BK !!
The FLASH Courier service is bad and irresponsible by not delivering parcel to doorstep. This tarnish the company name. What era now? just retrench the couriers or retrench yourself.
I use my office address, clearly operating on office hour, then office closed. And weekend. 1st time using FLASH Express which is not so.... FLASH. Few times attemp to deliver is failed due to the postman decided to call after office hour saying that next day bla³ and so on same for few days after. Then SHEIN status delivery said I REJECT my parcel. When? After i raised up a complaint to the management, then he proceed to send during office hour. Done. Now 2nd time same currier, exactly doing the same thing. SHEIN say i might be probably blacklist for future buying. It's not fair. It's not my mistake i'm just waiting for my parcel. Few days attemp delivery failed due to the same bs reason. Why postmen call me during the night? Says tomorrow will come, then a SS said he try to call me only for 10secs? Ridiculous! System said i REJECT again. It's time to stop. I've had enough. The order ID i forgot it's only the parcel tracking. Thanks to your company i deleted my SHEIN account too. Upper management please, please inspect your delivery man. Few experience from some friends, postman will bulk the parcels first (chilling for few days), then one day they will send it all over. It's the time management. FLASH Express that is not so.. FLASH?

I have no choice to select one star. Actually is a no star for me. I wonder if the CEO who is quite active in FB Mr.Komsan Saelee realised about the current reputation of Flash Express. 👎
The Penang Jelutong Branch in Malaysia, the premises is the worst. They will never inform customer to collect back all the improper parcels due to damaged or AWB issues. A lot of so called "missing parcels" occurred. The supervisor with gangsters alike behaviour and napping at the corner of the premises like a King. An international company that can't be trusted. Please do someting to stop adding more "fresh" victims.
