Good Service
A problem with VPN service itself, provided a quick fix that worked right away. Good support.
Bad product, the worst service, think carefully.
The router I bought at FlashRouters did not perform adequately. I turned to customer service which was a total waste of time and several emails - I only got useless generic answers and no solution or technical advice - I got better answers just Googling the issue. The router I bought from them was supposed to be global - but the power block only accepts 110V so I spent even more on another power supply to use it in Europe. They also tricked me into paying some subscription which was not even so easy to cancel. I only have regrets dealing with this company - Even writing a review on their site is a dumb problem - there's no way I can even do it. One of the worst decisions in many many years to deal with this company. My rating: minus 5 stars.
Tom was exceptional
Tom was exceptional! He was so quick and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing to someone who is pretty tech savvy himself and it was a fantastic experience. I definitely recommend this to others stick on flashing firmwares, especially for VPN or DD-WRT purposes.

Password Help
In the past, I have received great service from the flash routers team members. I forgot the password on how to access my router and as always I was helped right away. This is the best service team, you can’t go wrong with Flashrouters Support!
Changed VPN Service on Flashrouter
I asked the Flashrouter team to assist with changing the VPN on my Flashrouter from Express VPN to Proton VPN. After a couple of e-mail exchanges and a few challenges with my router, I was able to remove the Express VPN configuration and add the Proton VPN. It seemed very difficult at first, but the Flashrouter support team stayed with me and guided me through the process. I am pleased with the assistance and patience exhibited while assisting me to resolve this issue. Great support, thank you so much!

Excellent service! Tom M. evaluated my issue and provided me with a solution and explanation of my router’s malfunction. The site’s instructions are clear and concise and the online chat is very convenient. In addition, Tom M. followed up our chat/email to ensure I understood the instructions and that things were back to working order. Happy to report that my router is working as intended again.

Excellent support
My Asus RT-AC5300 configuration became messed up. FlashRouters pointed me to their on-line help for how to do a factory reset, reinstall their software, configure the router, and connect my VPN. Now everything is working as it should. FlashRouters were very responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

Decent router however you will not pay…
Decent router however you will not pay a final price as indicated in the website. In my case specifically I did order the aircove on the 19th of may 2023 and paid 224,39 EURO To my surprise on july 18th I am asked to pay FED Ex an extra 57,12 EURO (they even charge you an admistration fee of 12,60 Euros). So in total the router ended up being 281.51 EURO so way too overpriced. It is better to shop elsewhere. For this price the router is defenetly not worth it.
Fantastic tech support
Their flashed routers hold up over time (I've had my Linksys 3200ACM over five years) and their tech support is top notch. They respond quickly and efficiently. I got the information needed to get my router back up and running (my VPN changed requirements and didn't notify me but flashrouters.com fixed the issue extremely quickly). Would give them ten stars if I could.
My ASUS with VPN encryption…
My ASUS with VPN encryption has worked extremely well for several years until we noticed the VPN was not working. Oh dear, what to do and after a little research decided to contact FlashRouters for assistance & guidance. Their response was amazingly quick and informative and despite my nervousness entering an environment outside my comfort zone soon found guidance given was extremely good and our ASUS is now fully operational. The FlashRouter Team got back to me several times to make sure I was able to follow their guidance. For me their service was easily accessible ., response times and content were excellent. Thank you to all at the FlashRouter Help Desk.
