I have been using Sandra Raw at Flight Centre for at least 7 years now, she has been exceptional. I have had a stroke and have Ménière’s disease which makes travel extremely unpredictable for me. She has never complained, or refused to change a flight and there have been numerous changes. Sandra, you deserve a huge thank you from me. I am thankful for meeting you so many years ago when I did my first experience with flight center. I can only recommend Sandra.

We have been dealing with Lizeth du Preez for the past couple of years and find that once you give Lizeth the dates and destination,s one can just sit back and relax. I know that I will get proffessional advice and that I do not have to worry about the slightest little problem. My wife and I are so happy with Lizeth proffessional and mature dealings that we will definately not use another agent as long as we are healthy and able to travel. Just to mention that we travel to Zimbabwe,Australia and Canada. Thank you very much Lizeth.You are making flight centre proud.

I used Carmen Coetzee to assist me with my family holiday trip and I HIGHLY recommend using her services.She was extremely helpful, patient and accommodative as I changed my mind a few times on the destination as well as the number of people on the trip...this meant she needed to provide me with various quotes and suggestions. She did all that without complaining. Once my mind was made up, she arranged the entire trip from A-Z with no hiccups...everything went smoothly. Even though she was on holiday herself, she was a call/text away if we needed her for anything. I will surely use her services again.

Megan is next level!
Megan has been doing my trips for a few years now. She is gifted. I am too busy to do bookings but consider myself a difficult customer. She understands my goals in a few words and takes care off the job (even when times get rough)! Doing exactly what I was thinking but forgot to tell her..... Could be my private secretary!! Pieter Pienaar came to my assistance with tons of useful advice and guidance with some complex travel plans. He responds to queries quickly and managed the booking process as well as checking in for me prior to my flights. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.
