The professional, kind and trustworthy service that I experienced from Lizeth du Preez from your Pretoria branch was truly remarkable. She has been my flight attendant for many years through which her help was always excellent. This year I confronted her with a last minute urgent request for a domestic trip during a weekend. She came through with exactly what I needed in terms of flights, seats and the necessary assistance as a last minute request. I failed to complete my business and had to change the return flight. Lizeth helped me on a Saturday afternoon and even the Sunday morning to finalize a change of flight.
